I would like to ask your opinion on whether, in the future, thoracic imaging might become a subspecialty accessible to pulmonologists. Do you think it would be relevant and feasible to develop specialized training in this area, allowing pulmonologists to gain advanced expertise in thoracic imaging? Patient with that huge mass, would have also other symptoms right? I am afraid that with a smaller tumor mass, a regular X-ray would not be able to detect it. For example in preventive chest x-ray screening

sometimes they have symptoms, sometimes not. When we do a chest x-ray, whether it is for prevention or some other reason, it is the same technique. There is no other type we use.
