​@@ManonLcz Probably the lie of Star Rail and Honkai being "wholesome" and "happy" games at the start. Genshin is getting there although not to honkai extremes of killing off characters.

@@shiyoshi7435 I mean I still fail to see how it's a lie, it's a story at least for Genshin that started a bit brutal already and Venti story quest early on already set the tone, balancing humor and lighthearted moments with stakes and heartbreak is just basic story telling idk such a weird word to use (also no offense to you in particular but ignored of Hi3 fans saying it has peak writing because its "more serious and kills off characters" as if angst is what defines a good story, I'd say in way traveller being forced to fight their own sibling and see all the horrors around them knowing how much everyone has suffered and will continue to because they only can do so much is pretty damn sad already I dont think being overly ruthless immediately means better writing, sorry for the rant I'm just tired of Hi3 vs Genshin vs HSR stupid debates that have been going on online when each story is it's own and bring something different to the table)

I did not know that there was an alternative ending to Honkai star rail, so this is very cool to me. I am a big fan of easter eggs and lore. So, I am just as amazed with this as everyone else. Anyway, back to the main reason I decided to make my comment. How did nobody mention, (maybe nobody noticed it at the time) that the person who is narrating that alternative ending sounds exactly like the guy Cy Yu thinks is Elio?? The voice that is at the end of the History of the Xianzhou video that says, "Quite the story, master Gongshu." Everyone was probably focused on the fact that it said Elio is the script director, but the voice narrating that ending sounds just like him to me. I could be tripping, and I even doubted it at first, but I went to each video myself and they just sound like the same person.

Yes
