I think some players are underestimating Luka when it comes to damage. Mine (admittedly E6) does 125k ... off of just his enhanced basic attack! Pretty crazy and that's not even factoring in his DoT which is significantly better at wearing down single targets than Sampo.

SW and Pela are also Nihility’s it’s just that they also don’t do DoT unlike Sampo, Luka and Kafka. I’m pretty sure Guinaifen (Fire Nihility) will be DoT considering the burn effect is also DoT

I’m still holding a grudge against Hoyo for nerfing Arlan just before the game came out when people in all the betas just said he was just weaker blade… also very easy to one shot.💀 But ya, 4*s here have a fighting chance here which I love since I usually end up liking them more. Alot of characters in HI3 that are like SP/SR (i forgot the ranks okay?) have similar treatement. They actually let you grind what’s the equivalent of c/e in HSR & GI, but when u get them they unlock full on new skills/traits that were locked and increase stats. Only a few SSR’s in HI3 u can grind, and it still takes awhile. They do have a few events were they let you unlock or get frags of an SSR. Usually when theres a new SR/SP though the events let you grind the frags to upgrade them for free and not use up resources for other characters you’re still trying to rank up or simply saving. Though the one key note is that they’re usually used as support or sub-dps. But think having lots of supports in HI3 are more important to than having alot of strong DPS, but eh. Have a feeling imma get flamed from someone who’s into the meta…

Genshin wishes they could make their moveset trailers this fun. For a 4-star explanation, HSR make it very entertaining with a charismatic host. Unlike Genshin's where Dainsleif always puts a "why do I even bother" voice and just reads out the moveset. Maybe cryptic lore gets dropped, but it never amounts to anything. Only time when a Genshin 4-star Collected Miscellany ever got a chuckle is when Dainsleif has to say the same of Sayu''s moves because it's hard to take him sound seriously with names like Muji-Muji Daruma or Fuufuu Windwheel. But otherwise, it's pretty much a snorefest.

@@anaplaysstuff same. And I do get tired of Owlbert and actually couldn't watch the 1.1 stream properly, but did get used to the format in the second stream - still, that vibe is overbearing for me and I'd much rather have a chill vibe over a super upbeat one.
