Ahh yes, Cyber-Akuma...Cost me exactly $15.00 in quarters to successfully put him down in the (former) arcade at the mall. This monster suffers from borderline SNK Boss Syndrome in my opinion. On a more positive note, he looks hella fun to play as!

There's emulators you can download onto a computer. After that you download a ROM file to play the game. Emuparadise is a great resource for ROMs. I think they have links to the emulators (they recommend them on the download page of the ROM file) or you can download them straight from the site.
