NI products only seem to work if you have the latest OS, whereas Arturia seem to be more flexible. Stopped using NI years ago due to appalling customer service. Arturia are always great! Thanks!

Jef … I had to write to you!!❤️‍🩹 I just got back from a visit with my Cardiologist (Electrophysiologist) … yes, you guessed it … A-Fib with slow ventricular rates in the low 30s … it’s been a challenging few weeks … getting ready for surgery now … you look great and hope you are feeling better, and your treatment works!! … had Quadruple Bypass in 2010 without any problems until recently … you know the challenges of A-Fib … LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel and appreciate all you share with us … as I have shared with you before, there is no better channel on KZbin …. you are TOP-SHELF … and I want to thank you again …. speedy recovery friend …😊

Had an Ablation myself back in 2007. They actually had to do it twice because the machine broke down in the middle of the first one. All has been good since Jef. Take heart :)

Wellll let me upset you even more... it really doesn't work in KK! You can't browse... and parameter control is pretty lame. HOWEVER if you have the full Analog Lab you can of course browse the huge library of Arturia plugins via KK and it is BEAUTIFUL! (with full previews). Just not with Analog Lab Play! (hence the reason for using the other keyboard... which IS designed for Analog Lab!)

Wow Jef, a second heart surgery. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery. Love your video's. BTW I saw something interesting in an e-mail I got from NI today. My eye caught a picture of the SynthV interface and then I saw that they (Dreamtonics) are a partner of NI. Are you familiar with the evolution in SynthVoices that is happening right now? With the help of A.I. the results become better every day and opening a world of opportunities for songwriters and producers to create melodies and let pro vocalists sing their lyrics. It might be a new frontier you want to explore. Besides Dreamtonics own virtual singers, there are other companies creating Synth Voices now, like Eclipsed Sounds (check Solaria) and Audio Logie.

Don't bother with play buy a cheap little arturia mini or essential and get labs 4 and 5 for free lots of great patches and a lot of presets from the great Piano series Komplete start really sux munkey nuts you get maybe a half dozen sortof ok sounds, and a load of crap that isn't useful for anything Analog labs by arturia slays komplete by giving you many thousands of presets that are actually usefull in production. You can't enjoy NI stuff unless you got cash.

Got the Analog V a month ago for $39 just cause of the DX7 Rom 11 patch...but now it is my go to. Even the PIANO emulations are amazing. And to think the Pianos are modeled, not sampled. Geez...
