Cyber crimes are happening in ways that are not known and by the time one understand the loss is already happening.

There should be a time gap for money to be withdrawn once transaction is done as these transactions move fast between mule accounts as heard from cyber team. If cash with drawal is stopped then money can be caught at the last transaction saving the victims.

Allowing Instant transactions and withdrawal by rbi is the culprit. Else these cyber crimes won't happen.

If mobile is hacked then the OTP and messages will be read by the fraudsters as there is no need to share OTP. But the account holder is blamed that he shared the OTP.

1000 has been said the be held out of money lost and received SMS and it's been 20 months and not even returned that money
