I love that stack of books you put your panel on lol

7:05 I think you could use one half of a DUSG as a kind of crude VCA - or just use one half of the stereo mixer.

Thank you so much for these videos! I’ve been searching for these exact ideas for awhile. Can you recommend some other books, articles, and/or videos to research this further?

very cool, I've been curious about neural networks and how that might be applied to modular systems, thanks I'm off to experiment, even though im not sure about the non linear function, I'll figure it out

Does anyone know of a Eurorack equivalent of the Peak and Trough module, literally pulling my hair out about whether it's 'min/max' or 'and/or'... Wonderful channel though, looking forward to more content.

Yes, what you are looking for is called analog logic. There are a few modules out there that do it, you need to be aware that most eurorack logic modules are binary. Mystic circuits makes one (Ana currently in hiatus), whimsical wraps maded one (not currently in production), Xaoc has a current one that is available. There's a good modwiggler thread about ' geeking out on analog logic'

Love this! Which Norbert Wiener book would you recommend to start with?

"the human use of human beings", which is "cybernetics" without the math and with some larger insights

Is Peak just doing a rectify without a second input? Love these videos BTW.

Oops found the answer in a MW thread where this video got posted (first hit for "peak input serge")
