@TheRogueX2 жыл бұрын
I did stealth in most jobs, but some I just kicked doors in and ended everything that moved. It usually depended on the mission and any sense of urgency it may have had in it. I regularly jumped on the NCPD Assault in Progress jobs hot and tried to keep them from harming anyone else in the assault. I was actually rather miffed at the ones where you literally could not stop them from killing someone; even if you did enough damage to down the shooter in one go, they still went through the animation and killed the person before they fell over.

Although i enjoyed being stealthy, especially for those jobs that paid more for being subtle, it was just far too tempted to bring out my Double Barrelled Shotgun and start blasting cunts away to the thumping bass. @kasumi21733 жыл бұрын
@Zurin 1 The issue is that they promised the moon this time around....and underdelivered by far . Cyberpunk's writing was lovely...but its story was too short , its side-quests few , the bugs way too many , the gameplay mediocre , a lot of promised features were missing or got cancelled before release , factions did not matter , your background did not matter , story was pretty much linear , your choices didn't impact the world around you , optimization was trash , character customization served no purpose since 90% of the game happened in first person , there were no properties available for purchase or garages to modify your vehicle as you pleased / no other strong roleplay elements , scaling walls got removed , the underground / monorail was trashed , some perks such as the meat shield one don't even work in game cause they were probably scrapped but still appeared in the final product , police AI was crap , you could not shoot from your car like showcased by trailers , ecc... Morrowind might suffer from its own issues in comparison...but it's a 2002 game created by what was by then a much smaller Bethesda with lots less employees , experience , budget and inferior technology and means compared to what CDPR had at disposition for the creation of Cyberpunk ; still....Morrowind remains one of the best rpgs out there despite the fact it's been almost 20 years . Cyberpunk can't hold a candle to it .

@HoneyDog Жыл бұрын
@@Maxine07 I was disappointed because I bought into a lot of the lies the developers and marketing team were pushing. Yes, I don't care what anyone says, the developers were 100% part of the reason why so many people expected more from the game. There was definitely a reasonable amount of things people were expecting that were never confirmed or spoke about, but there was also a lot of stuff the devs themselves would hint at, imply or talk directly about being a possible feature of the game. A lot of the marketing before the last big few months were a bit deceptive about how much of the game was really an RPG, and what type of RPG it was. For a long time they pushed the narrative that it would be a "big open RPG where your choices matter and you can be who you want to be", but that really became "big open world with repetitive tasks where you can go through a slightly less streamlined narrative then your average Bethesda title". And I'm saying all that even though I think the story is one of the games strong points... I dunno, I could keep going on for hours and hours, but it makes me a bit frustrated when I see the developers being praised for the updates they've been working on, when the updates they release haven't even added half the stuff that was originally promised. It's like they took 2 and a half years to make the game reasonably playable, and everyone forgets that it was ever bad in the first place. Hell, we were supposed to get 2 DLC's, that was confirmed before launch, but because they spent 2 and a half years working on basic updates features, it's only one DLC. And after that DLC launches, they're cutting major support to the game. The only updates it will receive afterwards being big fixes and patches.

Okay, so I just found this now in December 2023. I didn't know the combat music from Cyberpunk 2077 is available to listen to, but I'm so grateful this music on youtube! I really like the combat music, and I get really into the tracks that hit hard with that electro or industrial sound. The composers did so damn good with the combat music. I'm really impressed with the editing together of each peice into one long collection! I like the peice that plays when V fights Oda. I listened to a peice called Cyberninja, and I recognized it as the peice that plays during their fight during the parade. I never really knew the titles to these peices, until I had checked my Steam account last year, and the music player was a thing I didn't know existed, but all the score pieces are on there! So I had some idea of the titles of them, but there are so may of them, it's hard to keep track of all of them! This mix of them is awesome! Well done.

Keep in mind that ppl expected great things because they were promised great things like how npcs have patterns and routines, choices have branching consequences,...basically most of what was told to us in the 48 minute demo so it's no wonder when the game's launch is so terrible, when npcs don't have routines, they just wander aimlessly, when no police to chase you so crimes have no consequence and when the promise of being, their words, "as refined as red dead redemption 2" aged like milk, ppl of course would be terribly disappointed. It's safe to say that ppl, including me, wouldn't be missing out with much because most already chosen a wait-for-the-devs-to-fulfill-their-promises-and-deliver-a-polished-game approach

@rayclay32493 жыл бұрын
@@aramhalamech4204 I kinda disagree with you there. For one, "Some people were beyond naive in their expectations eventhough it was kinda obvious that CDPR couldn't deliver" if it was obvious that CDPR couldn't deliver then why did they advertised it like they could deliver it ? Wouldn't that be "false advertising" and "misleading" ? Saying what you said doesn't make it better, it made it worse. Though most features they advertised didn't seem too far-fetch. A promise like how the game would have had 10 million planets and all of those planets are all hand-made, that is the kind of promise that doesn't seem plausible. The promise of how npc have routines and how quests have consequences aren't far-fetched feature that CDPR couldn't deliver because those features already exists and is plausible for devs to implement. Examples being npc routines in RDR2 and consequence in Witcher 3. Secondly, I disagree with ppl being "crybabies" kept ppl away who might have liked the game. CDPR screwed up big time and ppl need to let them know that and ppl need to let other consumers know that. It would make CDPR less likely to release such a buggy unpolished game like this in the future and it is best to warn ppl from potentially wasting their money on an unpolished product even if they might end up liking the game. It is not like "it is shitty game and you shouldn't buy this game under any circumstances", it is more of a "you should keep your money for now, let CDPR fix their mistakes and then buy it because under it all it is a good game with great atmosphere"

Agreed, a lot of people will disagree because of its launch issues and whatnot, but I'm a huge sucker for the cyberpunk genre and I honestly think they've made the perfect cyberpunk universe. The characters, the lore, the world building, all of it is just so perfect. I could spend a lifetime in Night City and it wouldn't be enough.@@bobbeatbox

@@Reb0rnKnight exactly, i feel the same . . . Bugs was not an issue for me at launch (exept unlootable items i did not have any) until they start to "fix" them , many appeared . . . Only issue i did have is incompleted ideas or mistake (the music of the radio stop during a race was a huge mistake) the game have SO MANY DETAILS that you cant even notice them all even if you explore it for hundreds of hours BUT in every details you can notice missing details (on many levels but in my case im refering to the RP and imerssion) like the doc telling you take a dose now and the 2nd one in an hour, . . But the option is not there , the barmaid telling you she offer you the 1st Johnny Silverhand but that is not even an item she sell in her inventory (i want my free drink) and there is a lot of those to complain about . . . But wack players want car color customisation and useless things like that (im not against it i mean every improvement help but those are far from a priority . . . Considering the vehicles are useless (the only reason to enter in one is for the music) its better on foot and run so you build your stat (in 4 completed game i never maxed it) and i avoid fast travel too) in my 5th game i even spent hours atacking trash bag or walk using mantis blades to atk nothing just so it get exp , and im just lvl 14 on 20 i believe so far , always break turret with the skill to get exp , same for doors/windows ect anywhere its possible (maybe im missing something to improve that stat) obviously the game can be improved but it already have a lot of inexploited potential, the foundation is solid (that universe ambiance is perfect) now need to complete the building

The biggest joke about this game isn’t the bugs, it’s the fact that they wanted us to play stealth to The Heist

@@kjj26k By the time this comment was uploaded it was 2022, so pretty much all of the major bugs were fixed. It still runs smoothly on Xbox One with a few frame drops here and there tho.

Honestly I think "The Heist" is my favorite track. Don't get me wrong, Rebel Path is good and all, but something about music that sells the idea of "Oh I am so FUCKED" is just amazing. It just has this grunge and distortion that both makes you feel like a badass but also makes you think "Wait is shit getting serious? Am I really the badass here?" Game sells tension really well with its audio and I'm here for it!
