you mean in the mirror ? Idk honestly. Sometimes if you look in the mirror he appears instead of the reflection of V, don't know about the glasses though, maybe it has something to do with the patch ?

the dude who made the mod explained how, there is manual download, you click on that and download the mod on your pc, you search the game files on your computer C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc here you create a folder and name it mods so you know next time to save the mod in there ,what you downloaded earlier will be an archived file for me it was a rar file click on it -> archive ->pc->mod->and here you can find the file you have to copy and put it in the file you created earlier inside the game files, the game should be closed and next time you enter the mod will be applied, if you want to remove it just delete it from the game files

if you don't have it on steam but on gog I think it is the same principle, you need to find the game files \GOGLibrary\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc or if you have it on epic \EpicLibrary\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc
