Hey- I just realised that when you reach level 50 in street cred, ripperdocs have new cyberware available. No doubt some of the legendary cyberware, for example maybe my frontal cortex items. So if you go to a ripperdoc and they aint sellin anything legendary, you might not have 50 street cred like I did ages ago.

go hold a melee weapon. its crit damage and chance also count. so holding something with crit boost your hack damage. also think about using optics reboot. aslong as they dont see you and you are not in combat. you get that 100% unaware damage from perks. granted no gunshots or explosions set them off. ultimate optics reboot, lets you plant a sleeper hack. that activates when they look at you. instantly stopping and stunning them form spotting you. there is a cyberwear where time slows when you are spotted. it currently works its cooldown per target. not sure if its intentional.

So my next "build video" will probably be when i hit level 50 and have 25 unspent attribute points and countless perks to spend as I please. There are 2 other legendary cyberwares in the west wind estate but they aren't anything special- just mixes and matches of different bonuses like +quickhack damage, upload time etc etc. Maybe I'll go over every legendary cyberware in a potential video when im level 50 since i'll certainly have the money and attributes/perks to build however I want. That wont be for a week though, I've returned to work so my progress is slowing down. Im planning on doing all the side gigs and NCPD activity before I reach the "point of no return" as my brother has told me since he breezed through the main quest.

Thanks for trying out the suicide on that cyberpsyco, it seems pretty good but expensive. my hacks are still nowhere near your level and I’m missing quite a few but even playing on very hard it’s not often I run into something I can’t deal with. Anyway it’s great to see these videos and I hope to see even more! Edit: I agree with the other post, cold blood is deffinitely the next stat to go into imo.

Yeah I'm running a hacker build with max INT and Cool, and I can confirm that Cold Blood is fantastic. The Contagion quickhack is so useful and can clear rooms so quick.

Intelligence + Cool is far stronger imo. You get some benefits from stealth to your gameplay, but main reason is cold blood tree. There are some really powerful stealth damage bonuses and crit synergies there for netrunners. Not to mention poison damage bonuses (for contagion). And you can use a monowire as a backup as cool gives bonus damage to them.

I spy makes enemy Netrunners appear orange when you ping them. Also just scroll through their capabilities to confirm who to take out first. Also if you want to craft a rare quickhack you have to either buy the common quick hack from a Netrunner or craft it. In Pacifica the Netrunner sales higher rarity like Epic quickhacks

if you are going for critical damage tho the way to go for the netrunner is cool not the other three .... i have 20/20 int/cool AoE poisonous netrunner you wipe out entire complexes in an instant :) if you play him as it should be you don't even draw a gun

10:45 lol tossing the body over the rail to get the epic. Street brawler would be great to beef up those arms. Tech seem like it would be good to pair with reflexes. I'm gonna respec at 40 or so and put points into the poison perks of stealth. Love the vids, jealous of the gear!

Don't know if the Anamnesis perk was working as intended, seemed worthless to me. Really pleased with this cyberware though. Boosts short circuit damage and lets it spread in a 6m range! Think I'll be maining this cyberware over the other 2 legendary ones for now. Also, somebody told me in my legendary quickhack showcase that I'm missing 1 Legendary Quickhack, apparently you get it from some net runner in afterlife during a side gig or something? I don't know anything about that But I'll make an ammendmant to my showcase If i discover it. I'm still going my own pace at the game, doing occasional story missions while clearing out all the side gigs and NCPD activies

Right now contagion is broken, using netwatch netdriver mk5 with legendary contagion. It spreads back and fourth between a group or duo. And pretty much kills them all or takes them to very low health.

I'm not trying to say this but put cool up to 20 with intelligence then get in sneak poison DMG increase then the perks in cold blood that have hacking cool downs per stack of cold blood. Fudgemuppet show cased it. It's a insane build.

I'm sure you figured this out by now but the passive in legendary short circuit allows you to use your regular fists in the street fights. You just zap em down in seconds with a couple slaps because of that OP passive. 😁

Some of the cybernetics you buy may not have legendary versions but offer blueprints, so you may need to craft those. Same with quick hacks. Legendary versions only exist as craftables or possibly hidden in the world. Legendary Crit Chance optic mods may be a craft able, never found any shops that sells em at lv50 street cred

Thanks, I have been wondering how high level Quickhacks would work and watched your other videos. BTW, after you non-lethally incapacitate them, you can shoot them with a weapon to increase your perk progress in that tree and also gain additional exp and street cred. Also, have a look at taking either Cool or Technical tree because both increase your Quickhack damage and cool down if you are interested.

Crit damage on multiple clothing mods does not stack properly. Either it’s a bug or intended. Only one applies to your character stats. I ran into the same problem. Dead eye clothing mod (crit damage and chance) also doesn’t event apply at all. Or maybe i just hit a crit bullet on a headshot. Im really not sure. Should test with a sniper

Nice build man. More than likely you've already know about this but just in case you don't. Crit mods for clothes currently don't stack. Your only able to run one Crit chance and one Crit damage mod. If you run more than one they cancel each other out and you get no bonuses.

You should go Tech/cool for the other two. With cool you’ll get a perk to double your contagion damage passively, increase stealth hack damage, & you’ll get a cold blood proc that reduces hacking cooldowns by 30%. It’s takes about 2 seconds to ramp up fully from contagion. With tech it’s the only way to get a fully kitted armor set. That means +300% crit damage & 50% crit chance from your armor alone. The other trees kinda lock you into a certain play style if you want to take advantage of the perks, but they don’t really help your hacking. There’s also more hidden possibilities to make your character able to face tank an army without sacrificing dps.

@@stormsand9 Ya. I started with tech and then leveled up hacking/cool together for stealth just to mix it up. I wasn’t really trying to max out my hacking DPS, but now that I’m familiar with the underlying advantages of each tree... tech/cool is 100% the way to go for secondary trees if you want to maximize hack abilities. It takes a while before they really get any synergy going, but once they do you’ll get massive boosts in hacking DPS. If you have all those points to spend I’d recommend doing a scum save and testing the DPS out with cool specced out. Theoretically you should see a 300+% increase in damage if everything works as intended.

@@stormsand9 Tech is really solid too... but you’ll need to spend a couple hours just grinding in the crafting menu before you can make any decent gear for yourself. Right now there’s also a few exploits that helps you make stupid money while leveling it up. It’s too long to explain, but there’s tons of videos out explaining what to do in detail.

@@KingMaraxus Ya. Cold Blood has like a 30% CD reduction & flat damage boosts, but the poison modifiers in stealth probably give you a better overall DPS boost. The basic attribute bonuses for cool are nothing to sneeze at either though. +200% stealth damage. +40% crit damage

It's silly because armor increase mods do stack and on weapon all crit mods stack as well. Having 4 pieces of cloth with 4 mod slots each kind of forces you either run empty mod slots or slot for armor increase as it is now :(

Unfortunately in my gameplay I've found the camera daemons to be inconsistent. Sometimes even though it's been uploaded, they may still detect me. Sometimes even after I take control of a camera than leave control, the camera will have a green light (friendly) but still alert the enemies, So I always just manually shut them down to be safe.

I haven't done a reccomendation video for how to level yet- the best reccomendation from me is to just save up enough $ for an early epic/legendary cyberware. Once you've got that, dump your attribute points into intelligence and take quickhack perks. Take a couple of breach protocol perks but quickhack perks are more important early game, like recovering RAM during combat, dealing more damage, and the BEST ability in the quickhack skill tree, is the 50% bonus quickhack damage against unaware targets. That is the best source of damage in the build apart from critical hits

You can get pretty strong quickly, I bought a purple deck until I had enough for the Mk4/5. Around level 15 you start to get really strong, before that just play smart and use sidearm. Go for the mass vulnerability straight away, this will allow you to kill enemies with no investement into weapon stats/perks.

Early level, you'll be relying on stealth with ping and overheat (Overheat can easily 1-hit kill enemies equal to your level on very hard, but takes time to do so.) First few of your perk points should be put into Breach Vulnerability (1 level is enough for 3 mins duration) and its upgraded version (reduce resistance for heat/chem/electric). This will reduce enemies resistance to all damage type which is far more better than putting points into quickhack damage perks itself. Ram regen in combat is not that necessary since you'll be mainly stealth > peek quickhack > go back into hiding behind walls all the time, so you ideally would never be in combat. Your first priority is to get rare version of overheat, pay off your depth to Viktor and then buy his epic OS (Stephenson Tech Mk.3) and Memory Boost. Since it reduce quickhack cd and increase duration, your Overheat will pretty much kill anything and refund your ram so you can keep kill enemies one by one over and over.

My netwatch cyberdeck worked on 3 targets until I unlocked the quickhack perk that allowed more than three, now I can't get it to hit more than 2. I bought the deck before upgrading the quickhack perks Plague and Diffussion. Not sure if this is a bug or not.

how did you get these type of hacks-crafting or directly buying them? also which is the main point to have so much damage-maxing out all the quickhack perks, or having those legendary quickhacks alone is enough for high damage?

Crafted them, vendors dont sell legendary quickhacks. Not any ive seen in my 40 levels. I mean some enemies I face in main missions/side objectives take multiple hacks to go down, and you need all the damage you can get vs bosses. Not cyberpsychos that you can hide behind the wall form, but the "Get in your face and leave no trace of you" bosses

Does any know where to get/farm epic overheat? I just reach 20 intelligence and invest legendary quickhacks craft skills. I don’t want to spend perk points on epic craft skills cuz I have nearly every epic quickhacks except epic overheat.

Only thing i can think of is random loot from NCPD encounters, or if you have the perk that gives you a random quickhack when you datamine an access point. Otherwise take the epic crafting perk and you can just refund those perk points with the 100kshard

Im pretty sure I just crafted suicide and cyberpsychosis- should have been system reset too with JUST components, no rare quickhack or anything. I can't craft it again which is strange

Yeah i dont remember where i got the epic system reset from, HOWEVER there is a perk in the breach protocol skill tree that gives you a 50% chance to get a free nethack whenever you complete a jack in on an antenna or similar electric devices, and i know for sure there is a chance to get epic quickhacks that way.

@Hiroko Takashiro Wait, do you not have the legendary quickhack craft perk? or even the epic one? I have tons of legendary weapons in my crafting menu, but I cannot actually craft them as I don't have the perk from the technical skill tree that lets me craft legendary weapons. I would have to put 18 attribute points into reflexes. You're only level 17 in this pic so there's no way you already have 20 intelligence (unless you planned on doing quickhacking from the start and put all your inital attributes into intelligence.)

I mean it might, but im enjoying it alot. the fun is probably heightened considering how much effort I put into getting that far into the game in the first place. I do like to mix things up with gunplay though. Sometimes I just go in with my smartlink weapons and pop off heads. The +25% crit chance neural enhancement is the MVP

theres a rare mod for the head sold by a ripperdoc (i think in little china but im not sure) called Self Ice that will negate a quickattack against you, than go into cooldown for 45 seconds. Otherwise kill them first or use the legendary raven cyberware which increases time it takes for enemy netrunners to hack you by 100 %

You'll wanna use quick hacks while playing through to get exp towards quick hack talent tree. So ya, buy the hacks though anything above uncommon is stupid expensive and not worth the money. Just use the hacking talents to craft hacks and respec when you get hack level 20, for the point dump perk.

You should still get the skills, you can always respec using the 100000 (or 1 million i cant remember) data shard thats available for sale No i dont remember from who to respec your perks after you've crafted everything, but the game throws so many damn perks at you anyways, especially if you are leveling up every skill (If you are doing a blades run for example, you should still level up the handguns because that can net you free perk points to use in the blades skill tree)

38 level, the game is super finished and still the main quickhacking perk at the bottom is far away from unlocking since it needs 20 level quickhacking which takes ages, this is so flawed. By the time you unlock it the game is probably 95% done, including all side quests, gigs and other crap.

I was irritated by the fact you could not make any of the Quickhacks non-lethal. There needs to be a mod to make offensive quickhacks knock enemies out instead of outright kill them. Don't understand why that was not an option that came with the game.

Really low DPS on this. I could kill every one of those groups with just a ping and two contagions. Everything else is pointless.

You are killing yourself not going cool. Cool is the second attribute for any hacker for crit damage and all of the bonus crit and damage from stealth and doubling poison damage.

Trust me, this build will murder any enemy face to face. Specially if you specc into Cool. You become destruction incarnate. Just look at enemy and they’re dead.
