Cyberpunk 2077 - OP Knife Netrunner 2.0 (Very Hard) - Ninja Stealth Build - Phantom Liberty

This build plays almost the same as the previous netrunner, the difference is you have a very very strong melee & range damage from the knife. It's not only strong for the DPS, but also to combo with its finisher. You'll see how cheesy this build is in this video.

Yeh this feels like what I was thinking of going with. Mainly netrunner and based on quick hacks. But the knife for a more.. Stealth long range to supplement where the skills don't reach, wasn't sure what to go with. Guess ill copy this haha

Nice gameplay. I'm way too lazy for the zoomy zoomy builds though, I usually go full body/tech and become an immortal tank, strolling around absorbing damage and healing steadily while shooting people in the face with shotguns...or punching with gorilla, lol.

@tanstaafl74 You should definitely try a speedy ninja build and zoom around with knives and katana while being high on meth. Haven't had this much fun in a looong while. Highly recommend 💯🔥

If you go body instead of reflex and max out tech, you can actually tank damage with this build without the need to zoom. Even on Very Hard. It is how I play.

I like to have Suicide in my Deck on this build. After you do you jump finisher, your next Suicides Ram cost is less

Nice gameplay! How are you getting the slowdown effect on a net runner build? Can't be from Kerenzikov since that doesn't activate with knives. Synaptic accelerator maybe??

Do you have any tips on where to get throwable weapon mods? I think I have checked all the melee vendors and haven't found any. Is there a particular one who is more likely to have them? Also, do you prefer the regular knives over Blue Fang?

I rarely min maxing mods, but silencio mod is the best if i play stealth, if not then severance. Blue Fang is great, unless you're lucky with the loot and having lots of empty slot.

You put points into cool and intelligence. Go the blades path in cool and deadye for pistol DMG. Put points into the silent kills for extra DMG in both weapons. Then put points into intelligence and speck into both Netrunner skills. There you go

Because i love more variety, ghostrunner might be my favourite. But in terms of power level, i think netrunner have the best dps in the game.

Can anyone explain how we was able to use Reboot Optics and Sonic Shock in Gameplay 2 to use Short Circuit twice. Is that a perk or a cyberware? Maybe I missed it in the build section

You can spam the same quickhack as long as you have the necessary ram cost. As for the second short circuit, it was a cyberware that let me recover ram if my ram is at 20% or lower. So after using the third quickhack, my ram drops lower than 20% which activate the effect of this cyberware, and sudddenly my ram goes up again to 11, and allow me to use one more short circuit.

Looks like fun way to play.. I am finishing my gunslinger male V playtrough now.. And i think this build would be great for my next playtrough as female V.. Hmm it's a bit risky without the headshot especially at the earliest part of the game when you're still underleveled, but if you use the netrun properly i think you'll manage

@@Hollywood1127 if you're shotting the elite enemies, sometimes they aren't going to die with one shot, and that's why the leap finisher is a must, because if they survive the shot then you just use the finisher
