-Make sure your game is the latest version
-Copy the contents of panam romance mod to Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod
-Save game before Ghost Town mission or before talking to Panam at motel
-Open cybercat save editor load the save before Ghost Town (copy and paste save to another folder as a back up)
-use CyberCat to add the "panam_romanceable" fact and set its value to 1. Also enable romance with all companions
-Save changes and overwrite (don't create a new folder or change save names as it will corrupt the save)

Honestly, I like the idea of "playersexual". (Basically, romanceable NPCs are romancable regardless of any factors implemented on the playable character.) There's only a few (excluding visual novels) games that do this: Dragon Age 2, Baldur's Gate 3, Skyrim, Fallout 4, Stardew Valley, and one of the Fire Emblems. I think it doesn't take away any of the characters' depth since their sexual preference (different fron sexuality) isn't ever a defining trait used. If the animations and voice lines are there, why not just add it in? Modders will do it anyway lol. Like in this video, and it looks natural...as if it was there to begin with. Not orginally here to debate about sexual preference in romanceable video game characters, but curious on what other ppl have to say about this topic. Also, is it weird that I thought in Cyberpunk 2077 the characters would be more fluid? 'Cause you know in Cyberpunk lore and shit. IDK.

If you have a male body and a female voice, the game will recognize you as a female. And your only romance option will be Panam. Even she will call you female. if you do the opposite (male voice, female body) the game will call you male and your only option will be River

@@DragonKnightX12 well as far as voice lines go, Panam only has a body type preference, not a voice preference. As long as you have a male body type you can romance her, even if you chose female V’s voice. It’s weird but River works the same way

Thats standard practice in all games with both genders voiced for a protagonist regardless of circumstance I believe. Possibly in case there is a change and they dont have to record it later anyway. Or perhaps its so that there is no disparity between the workload and pay for both voice actors as its completely 50/50.

Question: if you install the mod before ever starting Ghost Town do you still need to use the Cybercat save editor and add the "panam_romanceable" fact and set its value to 1? First you need some tools like save editor and add”panam_romanceable” fact and set its value to one for sure. As far as I know, the save editor is workable for 1.52 version cyberpunk 2077.Second you need a mod file called panam romance for female v to make female romance panam workable.(I don’t know if the developer of mod re-upload it yet. )Last the mod still work on 1.52 version.The only problem I know is the dialogue with panam in devil ending will still as same as the dialogue that you’re not in relationship with panam(I can’t find a way to fix it).Hope my answer can help you and plz forget my poor english.(´-ω-`)

Plot hole: Hellman gave V the plans for the construct. It's never mentioned again... Step 1: Build the thing. Step 2: Erase Silverhand from V's brain. Step 3: Upload V's psyche to the new chip. Step 4: Bring V back from cryo. (Cryo to preserve the body). There, solved the problem.

I really wonder why they recorded all the lines and such then cut it from the game, I really don't get why couldnt just have a relationship with any of the 4 NPC romances reguardless of player Voice/Budy type. I mean Panam can just be straight for male V and when playing as Female V panam can just be lesbian or they just happen to all be bisexual, that way players have the freedom to pick the character they like more. I rather play Female v for all the clothing mods and stuff but i really want to play male V just for the panam romance, I held off from this mod for a long time worried it may cause serious issues with the game. i wonder how it holds up in 2.1

Basically with Panam there's a hidden check somewhere that doesn't seem to have a workaround via console commands. On the other hand, you can now just toggle Panam to 'romanceable' with the Respector console mod.

So far i can see Respector just set the 'romanceable' flag like the console command or cat save editer did on 1.31. This mod here in video do some more changes it seems. personaly i just looking for a mod to enable the romance to all characters for a female V ( so panam + kerry )

Fem V and male V were not robbed. Judy is lesbian and Panam is straight. The only thing thats robbed by this is the characters. Whats next? Customize their race, appearance and voice? Creating defining features makes characters what they are. Panam doesnt have relatioships with women. Judy doesnt have them with men. Simple.

you seem to be forgetting the fact that this is a video game and none of that matters as long as it improves user experience. completely cutting content from the game based on the seemingly innocuous decision of “female body or male body” is a bad call. it’s the only part of character customization that actually has a real impact on the storyline, and not even giving you a heads up about it is an infuriating decision on the developers part.

If you are a person so mentally ill as to be upset that making character choices - in a game that at least pays lip service to the RPG genre if nothing else - leads to different outcomes you shouldnt be playing games. You should be checking into a psych ward. Panam is attracted to MEN. Actual biological MEN. Judy is attracted to WOMEN. Actual biological WOMEN. Neither are attracted to "body types". No sane person is. The same people pushing this narrative would likely call a man "fatphobic" if he said a girls "body type" was too fat. The kind of game design you are pushing is vapid and artificial. Also luckily for you its all the rage these days. Go and play Baldurs Gate 3 if you are so into that kind of style of development. Those sex-toy companions conform to that style of game design. Ill stick with the REAL Baldurs Gate, the 1st and 2nd. From a time where sane people made sane games for other sane people.

Will this mod works with 1.5 ??? Can we enable the command with cyber tweak engine as well because the save editor is not up to date ? Exampel code Cyber tweak engine: for i, v in next, {"panam"} do Game.GetQuestsSystem():SetFactStr(v.."_romanceable", 1) end This set the flag ingame to enable. Anyone try this before?

@@jimcamb hey Jim, so the editing with savegame tool is not needed !?! The problem is that cat editor is not working with 1.5 savegames. Need to find another way to flag the save. Yes the cyber tweak engine command will have no success without combination with the mod. Or is simple the mod needed to activate the female romance option !?

@@jimcamb funny so the save game "panam_romanceable" flag is not needed wow. Than the video description here is a little bit confusing !! So far i have understand this background. The Cyber Engine Tweaks command just enable the panam relationship availability for female as well. Seems Cyber Engine Tweaks command trigger the same flag "panam_romanceable" for the savegame. But the dialog options are missing on the way to romance ( missing in game code for panam, Judy (Romance male V is different ) This mod install the dialog in the same way as we know from male V. Have i understand this right?

You're all shooting yourselves in the foot with that old workaround that doesn't even work reliably. Downloaded the Respector mod, search 'Panam' in it, then toggle romanceable to 'Yes'. Done. Dusted. No need for entering any silly codes.

Use Respector instead to update Panam romancable to yes, it has been updated for 1.5 and the mod works great

@@gregpeacock5497 ive been doing that and noticed that some of the dialogue thats needed to romance panam is missing, is this normal? despite this, will this still trigger the romance scene in the basilisk? I have also downloaded the mod that is in the first link of this video description and added it to my Cyberpunk > archive > mod folder and let me know if i shouldnt do that. I appreciate the help Greg!

I don’t mind that panam is straight, but Judy’s quest line is much smaller, sadder and has less flirtations. You’re essentially offered to date a person who is in the process of mourning their dead ex by telling them they look good in a swimsuit. Not to mention that story-wise Judy isn’t nearly as important as Panam. Judy is great character and could have had a much better romance side story. She could have been a made a leader of the Mox, and she could have been able to help with final mission, like Paman. Obviously Panam was supposed to be the default romantic option, and it would have been fine if V was male without alternative. But with how it is now, if you choose female V, you are missing out without even knowing it. And it’s a bit weird l for 2020 game.
