I noticed lot of animations where changed and superbly optimized, NPC A.I., BGM, interacting with the world are also greatly improved I don't know it is now feels like a NEW GAME. There are still some bugs but they are not affecting the gameplay (for me). 2.0 update is the game changer it took devd 2 years to develop this and it's worth it

My favorite new feature is that now whenever you hold the holster button to take out a gun, V does the first time equip animation with the gun or a flourish with a melee weapon.

I just sunk 6 hours into this. It's definitely a big improvement and everything honestly seems to play better. Not 100% sure about the new looting system though, it's a little bit weird. But the weirdest thing is how the polic targets you even when assisting them in fighting a gang because you fired a weapon close to them. I think that could use a bit of tweaking.

LKM, curious what your recommendation would be for getting more legendary components or high-end components so you can upgrade the higher tears of your equipment or weapons or Cyberware. As you mentioned, it was always trickier to come by those higher end components, and with this new update, I’m curious if there being sold in vendors more or if you just need to kill dudes and loot their bodies and get lucky .

Found 2 bugs so far I think: Sometimes my stamina bar disapears and never come back unless I reload a save And not sure if this is intended but, focus does not reduce the 40 stamina when the 2.5 seconds pass; it reduces the stamina once the 2.5 seconds pass and I stop aiming down sights (not sure if intended to work that way)

The TraumaTeam arcade isn't the only one they added now. There is one more out there to find, but its a very old (in game old) and extremely rare cabinet to keep an eye out for.

2 of the biggest things I wanted them to fix, they did! No more grainy image and I no longer witness miracles when pedestrians pop in and out of existence 20 feet away from you. It looks SOOO GOOD on PC. Especially if you have a 4090

Heads up for non-netrunner users; Equip and kill with monowire for gaining netrunner skill progression so you can grab a few skill points, really feels worth it to have each and every last point now.

My opinion, one of the biggest features that’s supposed to be in, phantom liberty is vehicle combat that’s something that people that play the game have long awaited something that should’ve been in the bass game that relic systems gonna be pretty cool as well players like me can take certain OP builds and make them even more OP. It’s going to be pretty fun, especially with the new experience

Is it just me or they nerfed Netrunning? Hacks don't do much damage, ram recovery is laughable, can only use 1-2 hacks before you are dry, etc. It's shite!

Yea man, the police was very hard on very hard difficulty. I didn’t even get to see max tac. One glitch I found is after getting 4 stars by killing the NCPD, I got into cover for 1 second and combat ended. NCPD started to get back into their cars and I couldn’t take out my weapon for like one minute

The new police system is exactly how we needed it. I noticed the NCPD also got new bikes, a 3-axle SUV that is different from the regular one, and sometimes, an unmarked patrol car would be roaming around instead of the normal units. Of course, the weaponized APC is going to take the cake.

I kinda love everything, but not so much moving all the stats and armor to cyberware. It feels so mandatory now and even as a netrunner you are inclined to put alot of points into body, which works since we can max 3 attributes total, but kinda feels a little bit off when looking from a roleplay perspective.

I’m grateful for the free update👌👍 However I really wish they would have added an optional survival mode feature where you need to eat/sleep/drink. This is suppose to be an immersive rpg yet you are essential a superhuman that doesn’t need to rest of eat. Really wish they would have added this small optional feature. It’s the only reason I still play New Vegas.

I hope they let you use lower versions of legendary hacks now, or changed some of the legendary bonuses (they probably didn't change this at all lol), because some are so bad like Ping (fills your screen with useless info and puts all enemies in alert depending on your other hacks) or Short Circuit (incredibly op, as it does a lot of damage and it pops with EVERY weapon crit). I was planning to finally play a netrunner, as I always avoided it because I knew how boring op it becomes.

Even on older hardware (like my i5-8300H and GTX 1060M 6GB) the game runs BETTER than it did before, and it looks better too. Took a tiny fps hit, but it gets high enough at the time's that matter, that i rarely care if my frames dip. And even when fhey do dip, its really not for long. Jig-Jig Street was where i felt the most performance impact, theres ALOT of shit going on there, including tons of rain and reflections due to the water on the ground. Gunplay feels even better, the ai is harder, Netrunner queue system is beautiful, and Melee seems to now tske where youve hit the enemy for damage calculation (maybe this was done previously, but it feels much more effective). A great fucking update imo. Worth the wait! Already at the start of the VDB questline which ill do after PL drops, just gonna do some gigs and grinding now; get into a better posifion for the DLC. My only conplaint, is that (and this is on Very Hard) the game might be a touch too difficult early game. Not a huge amount, just a little bit. This felt really apparent when i was escaping Konpeki Plaza. Other than that though, no complaints so far!

The body perks for blunt weapons all work for V's flesh fists. Lol. The grab, the quake, they all work. You can also now completely remove all cyberware. I can see people doing full human playthrough. Even without weapons or cyberware, V can trample people, throw them and smash things.

Looking forward to it. In the most evil twist of the universe, my router/internet randomly decided to destroy itself mid update in some weird form. Everything looks like it should work fine, but it doesn't, even after a factory reset. Gotta wait until the replacement arrives, cause throttled 14kbps phone internet just doesn't do it for 50GB...

Only thing stopping the update from being a 10/10 imo, is the complete lack of visual cyberware changes. I figured that would be part of the rework, the new menu is way more immersive but after all that modifying you still look the same. I agree it's a bummer, guess mods will save me there

They should have given us a quick access bar to use food as I tend to not bother just because it’s hard to get to.
