@@sigurdnorris2056 I’m assuming you played it either on a PC or a next gen console, I’m not too sure about the PS4, but personally on the Xbox one S it was like playing a game from 2006, the glitches weren’t the main problem, although there were several that were game breaking, the main problem for me was the graphics and the crashing, it looked and felt like a game that was made in 24 hours

It's truly an amazing game in my opinion and i fear that the DLC for this game might have been hindered in some way because of all the negativity.

This game was least buggy towards the middle of all of the patching for me. Just as you describe. A few silly ones, but everything ran and worked great. At launch it actually wasn't too bad for me - I had no trouble completing the game and was mostly noting the incomplete aspects - what was there didn't really bug much for me... but currently, it has gamestopping bugs in major quests for me. First time ever experiencing it. It crashes all of the time, I get those same frame drops they fixed once before wayy back. Tied most to heavy story quests and braindances. There are regions that basically drop a weight on my frames. They gradually come down and never come back up. I can restart the game at times and go from 30fps to 80. ...actually... that's kind of the theme. All of the bugs other people were having before, that I missed, I now get in spades with the current PC version. It's the buggiest the game has ever been for me, by a huge margin. I don't understand anyone speaking well of the patch, I don't get how they can have such a drastically different experience. With my machine, it feels more like they rolled back to an old version in a lot of ways, only it's somehow MORE bugged than those ever were for me. I've played through the new patch 3 times and each playthrough is just pocked with bugs. It's kind of been blowing my mind, how much of a regression it has been for me. They unfixed my game man!

When you're playing on a PC with an overpowered CPU and underpowered GPU (or resolution cranked up high enough), it'll have enough time to complete the scripts and prevent them from breaking. I'm kind of appalled that they still don't have correct importance/priority logic for tasklets in the game. If they had like two or three separate task stealing queues, it would have been robust. I mean seriously don't they have even one decent engineer left?

Without CDPR lying or setting false expectations and any bugs, I'd give it a 7/10. The story takes away most of the rpg elements and is subjective , the driving and weapon/melee mechanics are mediocre at best. 90% of side missions are repetitive. Great ost and fleshed out characters are amazing though.

Coming from someone who had bought the game on launch almost 2 years ago for console, and now finally being able to play it over 2 years later on PC. I can tell you right now the difference is night and day, completely different game on PC, is actually enjoyable and the graphics look alot more like what they promised in the trailers, should have held off on releasing this game for console, ESPECIALLY OLD GEN! Probably would have saved this games reputation had they did…

Whilst we're at it, perhabs someone should also tell him that save games made prior to V1.5 are not compatible with v1.5+ (there's been some drastic changes to game code, which conflicts with old data baked into old save files, causing various bugs and glitches if you use old saves), so trying to play using an old save, he basically screwed himself from the very start.

Everyone makes that mistake, I think. The game marks them on your map, and allows you to talk to them, and then "lol, no, you can't get quests from the quest giver" with no further explanation.

Also I'd like to add I'm playing on PC with a bunch of mods which probably enhances the experience but all in all, after finishing the game recently can say it's been a great ride, 120 hours well spent.

I think I had lucked out with Cyberpunk, I never had many issues with the game. All the actual bugs I experienced were very minor and easily forgettable like the guy lounging inside the boxes in the end game when you're with the aldecaldos, should you choose them. The only two game breaking bugs, or significant bugs that might not break anything, were hilarious, and honestly I enjoyed them. Other than that, of the total maybe 6 bugs I witnessed in weeks of play, I think the game was a solid buy. I have no idea how people got the shit end of the stick with it.

I had a bug where I could’t begin a side quest at all. That sucked. What sucked more is that there was nothing more to do once I had finished all the different quests. Even these random groups you had to kill to get a package were disappearing.

Cyberpunk is now a great game. On XBox Series X, I experienced very few glitches and I 100%ed it. Don't let the launch keep you from playing it now. The story lines of the supporting characters are outstanding, and make the story as a whole much better. Don't rush through just the main story.

It has great characters and I find it very fun. The story takes a little to get going though, and isn't great, but the side quests are where the game shines

Interestingly enough I had a very similar experience. I played 150 hours on release patch starting the minute it released. I encountered VERY few bugs on my first playthrough and had a generally great time. The occasional "something doesn't work exactly like intended, or crash, or something kinda weird and funny happens, or just had to reload to last save, but absolutely nothing that actually ruined my experience or soft locked me or broke anything important. It wasn't until the next patch came out and my second playthrough started that everything went to shit so I just decided I'd give it a break and come back once mods had added the key features I had been hoping for, namely flying cars. I just started playing this patch with around 20 mods and it's like an entirely different game now. It's so much better I almost wish I hadn't even played those first 150 hours so I could experience it fresh in the state it currently is. If you have a 1000 series or up graphics card, the performance is so much better and you can get a mod to enable artificial DLSS support on 1000 series cards, so it's even better. It's so worth playing now to anyone that never tried it, or did and was disappointed. The current state of the game + some of the great mods like the Proxima Blade Runner Overhaul and flying cars is how I personally think the game SHOULD have launched. I'm engrossed in the world of cyberpunk right now.

Guys do yourself a favor and buy this game for yourself. It’s a load of fun to play and if you’re a fan of story based rpg’s you’ll have a blast with this game. The videos make the little bugs and glitches seem like a bigger deal than they are. I actually played the entire storyline without my game crashing one time. Yeah it’s still a little unpolished but you quickly forget about that once you dive into the main story line. And the graphics are pretty incredible on next gen

I played this on PC and I can deal with the bugs. The problem is that the story is really underwhelming, and I'm being generous here. If you're gonna buy it then at least wait until its on sale and get it just because the gameplay can be fun, but if you're expecting this to have a solid story or resolution then you might be disappointed. In my opinion there are a ton of better games to spend your money and time on though

I never noticed Judy’s tattoo ! If you peruse her romantically and complete her quests it makes a lot of sense, you get to scuba dive in a sunken town and learn about her past, it’s really beautiful tbh 😋

Tbh the experience varies a lot, personally I've had almost no bugs and same goes for one of my friends but for one of my other friends theres a noticable amount of loading/render glitches, car glitches, etc. All on PC, all specs fairly close together, just depends on drivers/GPU maybe? Idk

The gigs are...well 70% is filler so that s not very good. Overall I got a solid +70h on Xbox Series x and am looking foward to the dlc.

I played that game over and over again for probably close to a year. I don’t know if I’ll ever really become a video game guy but I can promise you I’ll always buy the Red Dead title

The game now is actually pretty good. It’s not perfect and there’s a lot I hope they add some day but from launch to now this game has seriously improved and it’s at least fun and playable now. I remember I pre ordered this game and was so disappointed when I played it for the first time. I kept the game hoping they fixed it and only last month I played through and beat the entire game and loved it! Still play it sometimes for fun but I hope they add some real dlc and much more features soon.

Also Cyberpunk is weird in the Fixer aspect, arguably the thing that I like least about the game. They assign gigs which show up on the map, you don't actually talk to them to get your jobs!

Honestly, I'm not even mad. This was quite interesting seeing the perspective of someone playing a game in the rarest form, as if it was an NES game. A part of me wants to shout, "LEARN THE LORE OF THE GAME" but I think its important to understand how Cyberpunk can come off to someone first to the game.

I put around 90 hours into the game post 1.5 but did have a few small issues, but nothing quest breaking. Game is very playable and enjoyable imo. I think a lot of the negativity is around have it's just not nearly as good a game as what people were expecting

I got it on sale last week for PS5 after hearing about the improvements, and frankly I've been loving it. It's really cool! Sad it had to take so long to get good and it released in such a crap state, but at least now it's a cool game. It still needs work, but for what it's worth, it's got a lot of strong aspects.

I didn't encounter a single glitch in the entire 5 hour trial on my Xbox one S, I fell like you really have to go out of your way to find one now in the current patch 1.5, I also bought it along with a Xbox Series S and have reached about 200 hours now and have encountered very little glitches, the worst of them being game crashes and just visual bugs, nothing game breaking that would stop progression or anything.

I bought Cyberpunk when it came out (PC) and I barely had ANY bugs. I played it to the end. I started my 2nd playtrough right before the 1.5 update came out. Again, no bugs. I have around 250h in the game now and i've gotten all achivements. I absolutely love this game. It's easily my favourite game

@@Pallialbertti It's a mixed bag regarding bugs and glitches because of God awful optimization. Some people have no problems, while others can't even play right. Bugs and glitches are the least of this game's problems. The most disappointing game of all time IMHO.

Yeah bought it on special on Steam a couple of weeks ago and the PC version is sweet. I've seen maybe 4 bugs or glitches, none insurmountable in about 40 hours play.

Another huge issue was everyone believed it to be the next GTA and CDPR even marketed it as one which made it so huge. And the sudden drop after all those expectations killed the game. The performance issues and glitches just acted as a huge catalyst

Playing on PC (the best version) and I've had plenty of minor bugs... I simply do not believe people have zero issues, especially on the base console versions. There are consistent bugs that everyone would experience in any normal gameplay. I think there are some people that simply don't notice these things or don't care enough to consider them bugsz doesn't mean they don't happen
