I assume you went with body + cool + reflexes for this build? or did you take something else instead of cool? Can't see the cold blood buff, did you go technical for crafting instead? Share your wisdom!

The movement speed in this video only comes from annihilation perks and passive movement speed bonus from max reflexes, and from shoe mod. I forgot cold blood in this video, it should give you even higher speed, but it feels quite inconsistent unless there are enough points to upgrade the duration, stack perks.

Check out the relevant skill tree, there's perks for movement speed when entering fights with shotguns, holding a shotgun in a fight, offing an enemy etc, it can stack pretty high if there's a few enemies
