If you're having issues connecting to the domain: 1) control panel 2) system and security 3) system 4) advanced system settings 5) computer name 6) change 7) member of: LAB.local (or whatever your domain is 8) login with username and password from created user in DC 9) restart

I followed all the steps but once i get to around 13:20 it says it cannot find the domain. II rechecked the steps figure out why but I'm at my wit's end! Do you have any suggestions as to why this happens and any tips i should look into?

Same I followed these steps verbatim and could not get this connect to the DC. Read the blog and but still not getting it. Going to find another tutorial on YT to get this figured out.....thought I was the only one not getting it.

@@hj500 Solved! I had to diable and reenable internet (making sure I was on vmnet 3). I also tried to enable virtual network adapters on the properties of the network but I am not sure if that did anything.

Hi sir . at last in active users and computers iam only having my computer which we built just now but what about the one which is shown in the video at first? where did it came from? And should I make another computer like this as well?

The widnows 10 vm is not connected to the internet for some reason. I can't figure out why. I did everything exactly the way you showed.

Hmm strange. My client machine has no network connection and because of that it can not find the domain.

What does "SPANPORT" mean / do exactly. Trying to resolve why Win 10 Enterprise is failing to establish a connection and therefore, fail to join my domain. Thank you. Will go to the Discord for further efforts in this.
