I have a better idea : keep a photo of the backside of the atm card on your phone as toll free number of that bank is printed on the back side so call them on those authentic number without any hesitation in case one faces this type of fraud & then visit to your home branch Or keep your bank's internet banking app installed in your smartphone as that banking app also has " contact us " section with toll-free number & you can also block/blacklist that atm card from that app hence preventing any further damages . One can also set a daily limit on how much amount can be withdrawn from atm/pos from the banking app

Number starting with 1860 is not a toll free number only 1800 first you should understand cyber suraksha team this is bank's mistake they should give number starting 1800 since 1860 is chargeable is in BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE like 139 railway helpline number. Only jio is free on validity recharges. So people will call mobile number instead of chargeable number 1860... anyway your work is great and keep us educating with latest technologies and awareness thank you sir.

Pe call kiya,,,हालात मे जानता था क्या थे उस टाईम,,,मुझपे बीती मे जान सकता हूँ केवल पर गलती हुई मुझसे मेने पिन बताया Atm fasa tha kuch samajh nahi aaya,,,bas pin code bata diya mene ye galti kardi aur usne kaha phone par joh tha ki server down hai kal nikal aayega nahi toh le jana ya hum adress par bhijwa denge,,,,puri fraud ki planning me me fasta chala gaya,,,aur atm nikla nahi toh chod ke chala gaya,,,,jab kuch samay baad MUMMY ko sang leke lauta toh dekha mera fasa hua Atm gayab aur 10,000 rs nikale ja chuke the,,,,😔,,,,bhai agar aapke saath ya kisi ke saath esa ho ,,toh bhul ke bhi ghabrahat me pin mat bata dena ki voh madad karega customer care vala ya jo bhi banda ho vaha bhi,,,,,apne pairo pe kulhadi mari,,,,,dusri galti Atm ko chod ke chala gaya,,,,vaha rukna tha chahe kitni der lagti,,,akela nahi chodna Atm apna chahe machine me fasa rahe,,,kisi ko bula lo apne rishte family me se,,,par chod ke mat zana,,,,sab chaal aur fraud hota hai pre planned banda fas jaata hai Atm fasa dekhkar ki kya kare kese nikle koi madad ho,,,,par na pin batao na Atm chodo apna vahi raho

The best way to use Atm card is to use tap mode instead of inserting card and pressing pin number like tapping mode use in shopping mall for debit/credit card

Bhahi toll free number services are so worst that everyone avoid to call it, it first took time to pick your call, secondly even if your call picked up, it took so many automated option which is not less than a puzzel and random jantar mantar, hardly anyone can come out from its options and that too took an hour on average that too reusult without any fruit.

Are ye machine alert bhejti hai ki nahi? Machine malfunctioning hai ki nahi yeh kab janoge? Bank is also equally responsible and accountable for this. If someone is writing or doing vandalism where is the Cctv? Ki woh bhi bandh hai? Tell the engineer to use a connection with relay if card gets stucked whether accidentally or intentionally alarm should be there. Because bank employee or ATM machine provider work in collusion with this criminal. Bank must collate physical security and cybersecurity take that this as Loss Prevention training.
