Yes I would like to as my bike got some issues during a journey so I searched Bajaj service center on Google and called on number which I found on Google but he asked my number and asked me to pay Rs.10 saying he will also receive OTP and he asked me to send OTP but fortunately I didn't shared my OTP and disconnected a call later on when I reached to service center I got to know that number is not affiliated to Bajaj at all and they said they don't ask for OTP or anything like that so let's beware of we all need to beware

This was a very useful video. If this is an official KZbin channel by cybercrime then I have a suggestion. You should make it mandatory for all the apps that involves monetary transaction to give their contact number and that too it should be easy to find in a single click. At times it is so difficult to find and contact customer support that normal people get into the trap of google search. I am tech savvy but not everyone is. Most of the e commerce websites and apps avoid giving it on top and keep it hidden somewhere where it’s very difficult to find. They do it so as to avoid people calling them. They generally five chat support where a robot is there talking to you who cannot understand you any bit. One of them is MyJio app. So it would be great if this could be made mandatory by Indian Govt to put these numbers on top.

Sir ek suggestion hai. Most of poeple in India are not educated in using technology safely. You should involve Prime Minister and tell him about the problem people of country are facing in cyber crime. He should do one episode of MANN KI BAAT on it. and news channels should be involved in its wide spread coverage. In it he should stress on baisc points like :- 1. Don't share your Aadhaar, PAN card, OTP etc 2. Visit your branch whenever in doubt. 3. See official document for Contact no. or email of bank rather than google it 4. what bank official can ask you and what they can't. 5. Stern warning for fraudster. I think he will happily do it. Fraudster will also get message that they are on target of high Command. It won't be expensive for department also.
