First loosen the top screws holding the plate, they just need to be loosened. Then remove the two bottom screws and slide the plate to the right and lift. You will need a screwdriver with a longer shaft for the lower screws. This video was a lifesaver, but I thought this might be helpful.

Thanks. Just used this for my 750 AT and your video was helpful - very similar to the 626a.

Replaced the battery and things seem to be working better, thanks for posting this as it made it very easy for me to figure out my 750AT. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the logic board. While the voltage draw is stable, it crashes when the strides stop. So this video was very helpful at getting the battery into the thing. Couldn’t have done that without!

Thanks for watching. Hopefully a simple battery swap will fix yours too. If not, look at the directions on that panel, there are additional troubleshooting steps you can take via the hidden system menu. Good Luck!

Hi That was very helpful. My elliptical is making a knocking noise. It functions fine it just sounds like some thing is knocking. I took off the front cover and put some WD-40 on the belts but it still is making the noise. Any ideas?
@RoughRidersTV Жыл бұрын
Sorry, without tearing into it, I am not sure of the mechanics of your machine to know where to look for the sound. If it's clunking loudly, that has to be something mechanical binding up or something. I would look at all the moving joints first along with anything that has a bearing/bushing to see if those are worn. I am not a certified repair guy or anything, just a guy that has worked on my own cars, etc. When something starts making noise, I just start taking apart until I find the problem...documenting along the way so I know how to put it back together. That is pretty much what I did with the battery...just took a best guess at the problem and started there. Best of luck to you though.

@@dianelis3169 No problem. Honestly, most things are really not that hard to do, it just takes some time to figure out how they come apart. In your case, a knocking/clunking sound is likely something physically moving and hitting something else, so start with the moving parts to see if you can identify where the sound is coming from. My first thought is a bearing or bushing...bushings and bearings perform a similar job to ease friction and allow movement. So, where two joints meet, there will likely be a bearing or bushing. When they wear out, get a flat spot from repeated use, etc. it can cause things to bind up. So, I would start with that. If you can isolate where the sound is coming from, start pulling things apart until you can see the fault happen.

Another great video! You got me hooked on Arc Trainer from your other video. Thanks to you I pulled the trigger on a used 770A. Quick question - How far from the front of Arc Trainer did you mount the TV? It looks like I need to take into account that the user's head is positioned in middle-back of the machine, correct? I am trying to figure out what the ideal distance from TV would be in relation to the machine.
@RoughRidersTV11 ай бұрын
What I did was go to the lowest point in the arc where my head would have the most limited view of the wall where the TV would sit. Then marked that spot with some masking tape to ensure I could always see the screen no matter where I was at in the stride. Not sure if that makes sense or not but that was how I determined where to mount the TV.
@nordicwilly665011 ай бұрын
@@RoughRidersTV That makes a lot sense. I didn't even think about the vertical up and down!
@RoughRidersTV11 ай бұрын
@@nordicwilly6650 I mounted a 40" display as anything bigger felt way, way too big. But it is about 12" in front of the arc trainer and the arc trainer is basically facing the wall in the corner when I finish out my basement.
@nordicwilly665011 ай бұрын
@@RoughRidersTV Excellent as I am have room for 32" TV. After reading your first comment, I should probably wait until the Arc is installed to mount the TV. At 400 lbs, the Arc doesn't sound like it is easy to move!
@RoughRidersTV11 ай бұрын
@@nordicwilly6650 It's not terrible to move across a level floor. It has wheels on the front so you can tip it up and wheel it to a location. It's really moving up/down stairs that is really hard.

Hii. I am from puerto rico and my elliptical has problem. Do you now how to repair de power supply (board) the battery is new.. but
@michaelsorensen791414 күн бұрын
Where is the fuse? I’ve replaced the battery and see lights on the board, but no screen on.
@RoughRidersTV12 күн бұрын
Sorry, I don't remember the exact location. It was on the PCB but I don't remember where. As I recall, it was a glass fuse with a wire filament. I would need to open everything back up to find it.

I’m getting SVC error code 16 on the cybex 650a. Any ideas?
@RoughRidersTV Жыл бұрын
Not sure what that error is. However, if you pull off the cover, there is a label on the inside that tells you how to put it in debug mode. it might help you figure out the problem.

@@RoughRidersTV thank you so much. I found it just where you said. Membrane error. It is peeling up a little bit, so I guess I will secure that. Also, I got the model number incorrect. It is a 625a.

Yes, that is why I swapped it out. Based upon the troubleshooting I did, it indicated that the battery was the issue.

I'm assuming that is some error code you are getting. I would put it in diagnostic mode (remove panel for instructions on how to do that). That may help you identify the issue. Doesn't sound like a battery swap will fix that one.
