I met the love of my life in the Summer of Ocean City 2014 me and my man were just 21/22 and here we are still in love and inseparable almost 8 years later It was the best summer I honestly ever had. In 74 when this movie was made, Cybil was still with Peter Bogdanovich, who had cast the 21-year-old in the Last Picture Show in 71, where they started an affair that eventually led to his divorce from Polly Platt, his longtime artistic collaborator and the mother of his two daughters. Polly then split with Peter professionally, which is why after Paper Moon, Peter never delivered a good film again, that was Polly's revenge.
