Until what stage or level can any correction can be made? Correction on date, reference, entries, etc. The company I’m working as part time will be using odoo soon. With the current accounting system, any correction needed to be made is easy with just a few clicks even after the transaction are approved, paid or reconciled.

Thanks for the video!! Well explained. Also can you please tell why the status of invoice is still in 'In Payment' (ribbon) even after register payment process are done??

Hi Smrithi Suresh, It's because in Odoo14, as long as the payment is not reconciled with the bank statement the amount will remain in the transfer accounts(Outstanding payments/receipts account). So only after reconciliation the amount will be updated in the bank account and the status ribbon will be changed to 'Paid'.
