Which cash / bank account is attached with salary payment??? Where is the accrual entry for the same???

The salary expense will be paid From the company bank or cash. For accrual entry, you must add a journal entry corresponding to it

An extra hours feature is available in the attendance module of Odoo. enabling this feature will help to show the extra hours of the employee. you can create a new salary rule for extra hours using Python code and add this rule to the salary structure of the employee
