Have you looked at the MT-09 Tracer?

Cycle Torque too much power too big and tall. Tracer 700 should be ideal for my daily 50 km round trip but don't wanna ride a LAMS since I need to go tour twice a year need more more power.

MARKINAU8 they do have unrestricted non Lams bikes.
