Looks good! One tip for the cush hub, leave the zip ties on it when putting it on the bike, that will stop it from falling, then when it's on you can just cut them off. I made the same mistake when trying to install my sumo wheels.

One thing when you put the front wheel on I didn't see you do, which I hope you actually did off camera, is it meant to tighten the axle bolt nut, then the fork locking nuts on the caliper side, take Bike off stand hold front braje and pump the suspension up and down before tightening the fork laxle locking bolts on the other side. If you don't, you can damage the forks. It's done so the fork can settle into its correct place

Nice job, make sure that you align the front forks/ wheel. Loosen the 4 bolts clamping the front axle on, compress the front forks hard straight down a couple times, and tighten them down to spec. It will settle itself, manual prob. recommends the same process. Most likely fine but I've had my 250sx front misaligned before not doing this process and you don't wanna have a FOOKED UP DAY. Just a suggestion! Cant wait to see the 450 ripping on the street!!!

if you keep the rear sprocket within 3-4 teeth of each other you can just use the same chain, makes for an easier swap for sure.

I was going to do that but from but decided to go 44 in the rear and still do 50 for dirt. I just pray the master clip stays good. lol

You get street tires I recommend ContiAttack SM. Tons of grip to get some serious lean on.

You can re use the stock chain. Buy a rivet link, it's just like a master link. Cut the chain down and press on the new link.

Please could you let me know if yours has a thin aluminum spacer on the outer cush drive ? I have a different brand with cush, but the outer spacer crushes and deforms inside the s/arm hole. The company I got the wheels from told me to stick to factory torque and the spacer can't handle the torque. Also has your wheel ever come loose with the 40 ft lbs axle nut settings? Thanks man

You need fork guards, rear wheel sliders and if you don't want that chassis scratch with boots put guard tape both sides of chassis

I used to have a Haynes manuel for an F4I. I am pretty sure that 92 is actually nm newton meters. The chain looks really loose to me. Aren't you suppose to adjust it with thr rear wheel on the ground and the weight of the bike on the suspension. It will be more tight with weight on it.

Hey CC, is this going to be strictly a street SM or a dual sport with both capabilities? If only street you should change out the cartridges in the forks and stiffen up the rear a bit. I know these bikes come from factory with less than ideal dampening for aggressive street riding
