The info board with the church and upside down cone - the cone was the old Lemington glass works - I could see it from where I grew up in Blaydon and knew a couple of people who worked there in the 1960s & 70s

Good info Gaz, I should do a video of the entire Route 72 and stop off at every info board for a history lesson :)

yeah we're going to have to bomb around in Jesmond Dene sometime

@@cow-a-cyclist2545 Jesmond Dene is more ideal for the type of bike you ride around on but I do know a nice circuit what goes through The Rising Sun and then through the Jesmond Dene
