Hi, Am doing 25-35 km alternate day and long rides in the weekends from 45-50 km. I visited Decathlon and they told me that basic pants are helpful only for 1 hour ride and my regular ride is more then one hour. I am not looking to spend more then Rs. 1000/-. Please suggest

Hi, thanks for the video. I’m a woman cyclist. More like a beginner. Just doing 17 miles now. I came back from Decathlon, they do have a wide range for every sport. I have a small head so I’m still looking for a helmet that fits me well. I have the same Quechua bag as you in the same color 😊 I’m trying to avoid clothing that has plastic in it for environment reason because when we wash polyester it goes in the water we drink and food we eat eventually. Glad there are channels out there like yours with cycling tips.

Riding alone has been the best so far. It has great advantages. Do you think there would be a cyclist group in Ahmedabad? So far most women like me were into running because of Pinkathon. It has been dangerous on the highway as far as I’m told so we stick to no vehicle areas. And yes I learned the sustainable living from KZbinrs and Sadhguru.

We get to know about our selves a lot, I do 100kms rides solo sometimes just to spend some time to explore my potentials. That's awesome, you are into running as well 🙌 I also used to run when I was in my fat loss journey back in the days of 2019 Great, I also listen Sadhguru sometimes whenever I have a question in mind 🙌😄

@@BlueriderAjay after hearing that you guys do 100 km it made me aim for something higher than my 17 miles. Cycling has helped me take my anxiety out on my bike. All that anger goes onto it or at least that’s what it feels like. When I describe it to my non cycling friends they probably don’t understand. Thanks, I will find a group here. Hi Ajay I have been riding since 25-30 years ( first bike was a Hercules racer bike) I ride in the mountains and in the winters when the temperatures are sub zero I get chilblains on my nose . Most of the masks etc which cover the nose fog my glasses. I have looked around for good nose protection during winters unfortunately my searches have been futile Please suggest something for nose protection during sub zero rides in winters

Hello, That's Great! I brought my bike from Darshan cycles, Sector-37, chandigarh. I would suggest you to go for Firefox aeron 700 (33k Rs) that is a great bike in this price range but you want less then this budget then go for Triban RC100 (23k). Now my bike is for around 33.7k after the lockdown! But before it was 25k only. So, there is no benefit of investing your 33k in company like Suncross when you can get a good bike from firefox. 😄👍

Ok, As you ride long distances then I think Hybrid or road bike will be a better choice, here are some of them you can checkout: 1. Firefox Rapide 2. Triban Rc100 3. Triban Rc100 Flat handlebar 4. Montra downtown 5. Firefox Road Runner Pro D 6. MONTRA BLUES RIGID These are some the bikes, Keep Priority as Firefox then Decathlon then Montra. Firefox and Decathlon have great afterservice. 👌

Bro , i have recently started cycling after 20 years, now my weight is around 103 kgs, have purchased second hand MTB montra Madrock...After riding 3 consecutive days I came to know ki my stamina is so poor in riding the cycle, after 10 to 15 mins of ride I get soreness and cramp like feeling in my lower body..But I ride for 35 mins by taking 2 or 3 breaks by walking...Is it normal or what advice can u give me on this...

You may do some warmup as well before the ride like plank, bridge I discussed about them in a video on "how to avoid pain while riding" One more trick is that, you may do walking and running for a week just to make body ready for cycling. 👍😄
