Cycling Japan Tour - Are mountain bikes good for city riding? Today my wife and I are exploring some new city streets of Nagoya Japan. Personally, I find mountain bikes to be the best bikes for city riding and exploring new roads.
We found some cool new spots, but she really doesn't like waiting at red lights 🤣 Let's go!

have you thought about taking up a part time job + Ramping up your youtube channel at the same time. With more content? You could also try doing private tutoring as a 2nd job alongside your part time one? At least that way you have a paying job, which was the requirement for your VISA + you get the flexibility of part time hours to actually expand your business / youtube channel Also the mentality you speak about at 37:37 Its too idealistic. Yes its nice to actually do the full 1 year but life never works like that. If they actually paid you properly you would probably stay there for the full year. It is 100% not shady to get a job now with the intention of looking for an upgrade along the lines. Put it this way if you dont get a job you are in a worse position. At this moment in time and with the crap job climate with high unemployment rates you MUST take anything you can get. Plus the people who think this way really just end up waiting forever for that "Perfect job to come up" and end up really wasting more time. ALSO HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D

Enjoyed your videos - and you're so right about that mountain bikes make these type of rides enjoyable - upright with go anywhere fatter tyres - was riding today and went through a park and remembered your comments. made me enjoy my ride - it doesn't have to be a drop bar bike and going fast all the time - Thanks.

Lately I've been enjoying these kind of videos where you just explore around town and find new places. I'm an avid cyclist for mountain and road but the past 3 years I've been pedaling my beater bike around my community and love exploring new places. Something I would never get a chance to do when I'm riding long distances with my road bike. Thanks for making these kind of videos. Happy Birthday!

Hello from California. I enjoyed your mountain bike tour. Some of the newer expensive bikes have 29" tubeless tires and electric motor to better climb up steep grades. Just wondering if it's imperative or not, to lock up your bike when left unoccupied? Since, you ride on sidewalks, ever considered having a bell to gently warn pedestrians of your presence?
@TwoWheelCruise
@TwoWheelCruise 4 жыл бұрын
It depends on where you are, but must places are safe without a lock for short periods of time. Bells are illegal to use here to alert pedestrians to move outside of emergencies. I made a whole video about cycling laws here.

Happy Birthday Cruise! Despite these difficult times and running against time - when you're feeling your financial stability, your position as foreign (i mean, your visa, and with them, your dreams) being threatened - you're capable of keep your integrity (37:20), which is the most important and admirable thing. I'm a portuguese new fan in your channel, and i'm already looking forward for your new videos. Good Luck for you and your adorable wife and companion!

First of all, happy birthday Sir. I thought it was just here in my country that every company always giving people the base salary even though I've enough experience and I got that experience from a reputable company and the worst part is I'm a resident here in my country, can't imagine how those companies treat a foreigners if they did such thing to their own residents. Hope you found a good job for you! BTW I heard that cycling can affect your fertility rate for men, it will makes you hard to have a child if you cycling for long time and so frequently like everyday. Maybe you could make it as a topic in your next video talking about it. God bless you and your family!

Is it possible for you to export bicycle parts to other countries that we have difficulty buying? It may provide at least added income and who knows you guys might be the go to guys for hard to find bike parts. Winter sale is coming right? Do they sale big time when it's winter?

@@TwoWheelCruise how profitable are we talking about? 10 to 20 dollars profit for each item? It can be done once winter sale is in. Philippines is a good market for bikes and other Asian countries that have difficulty in getting stuff for their bikes.

Hi Cruise, the big shaft that was spinning appears to be an auger pile installation system for the foundation of a building. They drill an auger into the ground at a predetermined depth then as they retrieve the auger they pump special active cement into the hole. Cement drys and becomes the structural pile(s) holding up the building. Number of piles required depends on the square area of the building and required building columns.as designed by the structural/geotechnical engineers. Hope this helps. Beautiful ride! Happy B-Day.
