I have no idea how cycling "really" works. Jumbo leave cycling and the Team remaining (Visma Lease a Bike) become a shadow of their former self. Decathlon join AG2R and they are transformed. Sky become Ineos and Ineos fail. Pog is normal Pog in 2023 then in 2024 he's putting out watts which are humanly impossible. A lot of money sloshes around and it is a mystery what is what and not a lot of it makes a lot of sense.

money talks, teams change, training changes, tech changes.

@@yules_3000 there's so much rubbish talked over years about tech and diet and pedal revs etc etc. Its a smoke screen where silly sods buggering about in the background dictate the winner. Ideally, clean sport would be great but cycling has never been clean in 140 years so that's off the table. What I want to see is good competition where it's a close race. Not where the race has been worked out prior to start flag. It's like the post Tour Crits where it's already decided who wins beforehand . Races now are where one rider just rides off to be never seen again. I want to see tactics and team tactics play out. Not a one man procession. I'm bored already if it 🙄

Good luck buddy. Pog won’t “chase you” he will follow your wheel and use you as a lead out. Just like last year.

Yeah, and Vingegaard will do the same to Pogaçar. We all realize that, don't we?

Remember how pogacar overtook him in the TDF.

Yes we remember. He was there as a domestique. So it is impressive.
