Cycling on the Wirral way, West Kirby to Neston Part 2

I was biking from Chester to West Kirby the other week but when I got to the road at 0:09 I couldn't find where bike path continues, so I gave up and turned back. Still a good ride, though.

Is that main road the A540?

No A roads on this route only a couple of B roads that link the paths together.
