@@jessiemckay6391 No, no, no! Caffeine does alert/wake you up, but in a fake way. It actually masks the body's before load/stress, and after the effect wears out, you are much more tired than before ! That's why in pro racing, the use is usually after 20 km to go! Remove it from your life! 5-10 days will be enough!
