This is the first Cyclocross race I ever watched. First Impression: All these disc brakes make it sound like there are 1000 Canadian Geese spectating. Second Impression: I like the frequency of crashes. Racing on the edge. This is the amount of crashing I imagined from mountain bike racing.

The geese description is accurate. It's been around in Europe for decades (some fun races in the U.S. as well now) and is always a huge test of endurance, bike handling, and luck. Funny how bike companies are calling these drop handle bar bikes gravel bikes when I've called them cyclocross forever. These guys are hard asses.

@@cyclingnerddelux698 For any crashes but these dopes get off and walk them up and down hills just because of a bit of mud. I also watch the "Tour de False" just for the crashes, drug abusers getting knocked off by a wet cardboard sign is so funny, harsh, but reality. carry on....please
