My sensor is set in cadence mode and I use it with zwift. The numbers showed however are unrealistic low no matter how fast I spin. What could be the problem?

Can the speed and cadence sensors sync with my iPhone (bluetooth) and to the Cycplus (Ant+) computer at the same time? I want to track my data on my app, and see it on the computer screen at the same time. Thanks.

Hello, I've bought 2 sensors for both cadence and speed monitoring. I have a Garmin Edge 800 bike computer, which supports ANT+ connections only. The 2 sensors are correctly detected, since I can see their IDs in the bike computer display. However, the 2 sensors doesn't provide data to the computer. Both cadence and speed are always zero. Would you mind to help me? Thanks

@@cycplus_official Greetings, thanks a lot for your reply. It seems yesterday I was able to fix it. My error was that I connected the device to the bike computer, but it starts working if I set a new trip only. Just moving the wheel without setting a trip it's not enough, therefore this is a bike computer issue.

I have the cadence sensor that comes with the XOSS G+ package. But it's never working properly with XOSS. The sensor have been paired and sensing the pedal rotation, but it's only for a few minutes. I've tried replace the battery with no result.

Hi Cycplus, I received my Cycplus M1 + 2 sensors in last December. In the C3 setting, there is four digits for wheel diameter in millimeter, how I put the number when my wheel diameter is 687mm?. And for Speed sensor, I already do the setting such as update the app, switch to S in sensor, but I can't connect it with the M1, it only connect to Cadence sensor, can you help me? Many thanks.

my CYCPLUS is set for cadence correctly. It flashes several times green but it won’t wake up I have a bryton 360 computer that works fine with magenta and other brands but not with this for some reason.

How am I supposed to dig the battery out of the cap? I was using an awl but then it pulled the entire sticky back off the cap with the chip.

Yes for speed sensor, at the bike computer you have to input your tire's circumference since all it is doing is measuring complete turn of the wheel.

Hi, bought one of these to use on a static exercise bike with Zwift. However the cadence setting isn’t being picked up on the app but the speed is whether it’s set to C or to S? Any ideas ? Thanks
