Thanks for sharing Chad. This may seem like a dumb question, but how do you measure port length? I can think of at least 3 ways, but what is correct? I have read some guys measure from the port inlet to the valve seat, along the port floor. Is this the best way?

This is awesome! I still don't understand all the numbers yet and how they interact with one another, but I am learning. I am going to be porting a set of Summit/Dart Vortecs soon for a street 355 hoping to get 400 + hp. I know the Vortecs need a lot of work on the exhaust side. This should help me with determining the port specs. Thanks for sharing!
