it'd be interesting to put this ferrofluid on a speaker as speakers have large,strong magnets in them and it would look cool when the speaker moves!

Will the ferrofluid still move if it is absorbed into paper or sandwiched between plates? When does it evaporate? How does ferro fluid behave under high temperature

late reply, but I have the answer, to quote the video: “nano particles of iron suspended in oil”. 1.Extracting ferrofluid from paper is like extracting ketchup, easier to buy some new fluid than extract it. If you tried to move it with a magnet to it it’ll just move the paper. 2. I assume this is mineral oil, and it doesn’t evaporate. 3. Assuming mineral oil again, it tend to get less viscous as temperature increases, and may eventually boils at around 350 Celsius
