She goes "ahh my cousin is a producer for some of the biggest rap aritst in the world." I go "Oh yeah whats his name. She tells his name is Carliton but goes by carl to family and his stage name is Honorable CNOTE. CNOTE has done songs for harlow like Sunday Night, and Slide for me. Just thought I'd share lol

I'm really curious about the acoustics of that place. Glass windows all around and behind 11k monitors doesn't seem like an ideal situation.
@ulisescortez29332 жыл бұрын
I know for a fact that acoustics is the number 1 thing that most producers or engineers forget, you can have bad ass monitors like the ones his working on but it doesn't do you any good if your not hearing what your suppost to, it's an amazing view but it's not ideal to make music or mix anything, he has top of the line equipment but forgot the most important element...."ACOUSTIC''.... I don't c a panel anywhere
@benjaminphiri55402 жыл бұрын
Most of the professional producers have multiple rooms/studios which serve different purpose, like he might just be using that room for laying down ideas and the view is to inspire them and probably has another room/studio which has better acoustics for post production stuff
@1on1z3d2 жыл бұрын
@@benjaminphiri5540 But then again he could be having the same result (and perhaps even more acoustically pleasing) with a pair of KRKs for a tiny fraction of the price. My point is these Barefoots in this kind of environment, for this (if that's the case) jamming/laying ideas room are overkill and probably going to waste. It's kinda like having a beefy overclocked water-cooled gaming PC powered by an RTX3090 Ti in your bathroom for whenever you feel like playing a game while you are sitting in there - when you could just have say a Nintendo Switch for the same purpose.
@headSoup2 жыл бұрын
XO TOUR Llif3 was made on a beats pill… I know acoustics are very important but I feel like y’all are missing the point lol
@1on1z3d2 жыл бұрын
@@headSoup I don't think anyone doubts his end result or his work. It's one thing to be effective and successful with whatever setup, gear, software you have and another thing to make an effective and optimum use of your gear. Using state of the art, pro grade and ridiculously expensive monitors in an untreated environment is like driving a Lambo in a field. It just doesn't make sense, regardless of who you are or your career.
