Apologies for the delay! Difficult times... Love the variety of these talks... This is a great example, and reflects my own food story. It all started with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis 25years ago: mostly organic since then, and no wheat. Soil health is critical. Regenerative farming calls it 'brown gold' and sees it as far more valuable than oil. I recently read 'Dark Emu ' by Bruce Pascoe - it blew my mind. Australia was originally like the Garden of Eden! Yes, yes - agriculture (and everything else!) needs totally restructuring. Our responsibility for future generations is key - join the dots, like you say ...
