This is one aspect that my school really glossed over...probably in an attempt to make their students less dependent on it but I can say that until now I was one of those people that got lost in the GPS every time I tried to use it. Kind of hard to fly the plane and mess with the antiquated GPS at the same time. btw the touchscreens like the g3x are sooo much faster to use than scrolling through on the tiny screens of the 430 or smaller.

Garmin provides simulators for the GTN navigators on the iPad App Store. I assume they do the same for newer models as well (and maybe older ones.) You'd also get GPS navigators of various types with any PC flight simulator.

Is it possible for you to send me your contact number I would like you to do your seminar on how to measure temperature I know you did want it ready when you are correcting for a density altitude but I'm still somewhat very confused also please try to show up when you're doing cross-country we cannot see what you're doing the cameras too far away thank you
