The first time I heard this song I was in the Bronx at night it seemed like everyone was dancing to this song at every block it was brand new at the time and to this day it hasn't lost any energy ❤

I was born and raised in the South Bronx in the 60's and 70's, and it was the most amazing time of my life! Watching Lil Suzie, Nyasia, Lisette Melendez, Jennie from around the block (JLO in the West Bronx), Grand Master Flash and the Furious 5, Africa Bombatta, etc. It was the BOMB DIGGITY! We were knocking the Brooklyn whannabee break dancers off the chart on 172 St. and Webster Ave. I will always be grateful for being there at that time! Historic!
