As a new ukulele player of just 2 weeks you make this look so easy. I play this on guitar, now I have to learn it all over again, it is strange learning new chord formations when you have played a guitar for a long time. All I will say is that you are a brilliant teacher with a wonderful voice.

For anyone waiting for part 3 -- keep dreaming!! I don't see how it's possible, especially for beginners. Go watch a Led Zeppelin performance: part 2 ends right where Jimmy Page would do an insane extended electric guitar solo, and then the song intensity builds to an unbelievable rock n roll spiritual peak in part 3. I don't see how it could possibly translate to a single uke (or to beginners!). I am grateful for parts 1 and 2, I love what I learned. Thanks so much Cynthia!!

Hi Cynthia. I think your fantastic, and out of all the ukulele instructional teachers on KZbin, I think your one of the most creative and interesting (and there is a high standard out there!) As I don't sing (which is best for everyone!) your songs almost always have a nice blend of fingering/picking arrangements. Now like most of us waiting for part 3, I think your schedule must be amazing. Not sure if or when you will get to part 3, but until then, I've looked around and found Munson Covers is closest. I've 'tinkered' with it and feel its pretty good for now. I can't imagine what your work schedule must be like, and took me 6 hours to just tinker with the last verse of S.T.H. The mind boggles as to how many hours you put not into just the arrangements, let alone all your other commitments. Finally, just a huge thank you for guiding me (and everyone else) along our ukulele journey. Hope to catch you next time you come down to Australia (Melbourne). Missed you last time. Thanks again. Ukulele Dave Down Under :o)

Cynthia, super awesome tutorials! Following you makes it so easy to play. BTW - Dsus4 means the D major chord with a suspended 4 instead of the 3 (1-4-5 instead of 1-3-5) and it usually resolves to the major chord right after. Suspended 4ths give a great harmonic tension and quick resolution just like in this song. Keep the great tutorial coming. Will need to join you on patreon.
