With out a strong support and known person over there, she would have not travelled over there. Sandy and her family may have more contacts I guess. Fantastic thing is she has one extra arts like dancing that make her quickly get rapport with others. But being a girl she has taken a good course supply chain management....she can start a company in Chennai Atleast down the line five to seven years from now. It's good that she has not taken cinema and media at this age....

Till which level of German language certificate did you get and did you choose to do your course in Deutsch?

No offence, but there are some misinformation here. Firstly, if you get into a Public University, you get free education except a few states(I think 2)that has imposed minimal tuition fee of €1500/ sem and yes I’m talking about English courses. P.S I am a Masters student studying in Germany at TUM. My course is a complete English course and it free except for some student union contribution.

@Estime yes. German PUBLIC universities (most of em) offer education without tuition fee to anyone who manages to get an admit. Some of them in certain states may charge you €1500/sem and also it may sometimes vary depending on your course.

There are public universities in Germany which offers free education for all students (for both German citizens and non-citizens) . Mostly the English taught courses in public university doesn’t require German language and requirement of either (IELTS or TOELF) score alone is enough to enrol for the program. If you check DAAD, you would find public universities offering English taught course for your preferred subject of choice and you can then apply for them. Not that you need to pay fee if it’s a PUBLIC UNIVERSITY.
