@@shashankpandey8346 Devon never makes excuses. He’s always humble in defeat and winning. He could have made many excuses after Genadi but never did even though many were making them for him. Devon is ready right now. He will be in great shape I’m sure. But referring to the 2018 lefty match it’s an objective fact that Devon had major elbow surgery on his left just over a year prior and competed in an all right arm season with WAL. He wanted a right arm match. From what I understand his first real training on left after surgery started just a couple months out from Denis. That’s not an excuse. That’s just objective fact. Can’t expect someone to be in top form with those circumstances.

@@highlights2193 And toying in sparring means nothing.. Denis and Devon are polar opposite arm wrestlers.. Devons technique and style is what John has always struggled with. But, you cant really judge anything from practice pulling.. Same with when people starting making all these conclusion when they say Denis practicing with Zaur, yet Denis was literally letting Zaur pin him and said they were practicing Zaur hit and pin with slight resistance. So Denis was letting him practice, yet people where saying Denis couldnt hold Zaur and was getting flashed.. No, Denis was letting him flash him for practice and because Zaur needed practice and reps after his injury. Last thing Zaur needs is Denis going 100% and injuring Zaur again..

Denis shouldn't be disappointed that Devon is taking multiple matches before their match. That is just Devon's way to get stronger and better. It's just his training style and he see's all those athletes as lesser value opponents than Denis, he is working his way up to Denis in a short time. Denis should be happy that Devon has such high esteem and respect of Denis that he's willing to grind hard for a few months by facing tough opponents before facing off with the toughest challenge, his match with Denis.

Oh man I would love to see that rematch all this time later. That would be such a great match no matter if you destroy Devon or not. I think it will be a good match just to see you both - kings of the sport fighting together. Good luck with your preparation. Also, Levan is a great fighter. He will recover easily. He should take this opportunity to lose weight and get lean. Recovery is a multi faceted construction. This is his time to prepare his mind and tactics and also his overall physical platform.
