Causal noob. Finishing power is not an issue for Denis. If anything he needs a tiny bit of a quicker reaction from the start. Stay off the internet tampon boi

He doesn't rely on that, he uses his body and static locking power to finish opponents now. It's much more energy efficient and it's not like anybody can get away from his deadly clutch. Slow finishes like that work great for him because his opponents gas out quite quickly in such a losing position. Denis gains nothing from finishing them fast.

Or just someone who has a great lock on that position, then he would be expending lee energy then him and in the long run he would be losing. All in all, it is not that anyone could give him trouble, but at the top level you could find people that would take advantage from that fact.

Assuming you mean on the right (he'd flatten Ermes on the left), Dadikyan isn't on that level. A more interesting match imo would be Prudnik vs Dadikyan. They're both super explosive, both prefer to hook and have very similar builds.

Yeah but he has such a huge thumb that he gets pressure into their fingers and top palm even when grabbing lower, so he’s probably grabbing lower to get more coverage and better control of their pronation. He wouldn’t grab lower if it wasn’t beneficial for him
