He got it second hand that wasnt a lie but it was marked up WAYYYY higher. They have been trying to get a warehouse for months and this one popped up and their friend bought it to sell specifically to them. They dont want issues having property in another turf if the turf owners want it. So he sold for a big profit to save if there ever happens to be a warehouse in there area it will be like a million so they needed some extra cash. Maybe they made 300k on it. But they didnt buy it to flip at all they wanted a BTC farm warehouse.

either way is not worth the trouble. that place is too far from admc base. easy profit is better. also they might alliance with cyperss in the future
