Oh! The triangle at the corner of the eye is the tear duct. The cornea is the outer clear layer of the eye which you can sometimes see looking at smushed-face creatures like pugs from the side, but it looks really weird once you notice it.

I love dragons. I make dragon puppets, I read Wings of Fire, just everything about dragons! I just never learned how to draw them, without adding two lines on my dragon puppet designs. This helped a lot because I am trying to go back and practice head shots. I will go to body and wings later maybe, but I appreciate this. I wanna draw two of my dragon puppets in a different way, you helped that! Thank you!

For the back spikes on the front headshot, making it an IceWing would be correct for anatomy :] if their spikes stick out a bunch, bc you know they look like sonic sometimes

Something I do when drawing SandWing frills is I simply think of it as hair. I draw cats with hair, and sometimes I draw it flipped back, like Moonkitti draws Rootspring’s hair, so I just think of SandWing frills as hair. It works best for Qibli

A tip I have for a eye type is for angry eyes, if i want the angry dragon to not be able to control the anger i will give them a smaller slimmer eye with a bigger pupil to show they can’t control it!

For me getting the mouth open in my drawings is really difficult but then drawing the teeth is amazing I love it and then I always obsess over them for the rest of the day but other than that I enjoy drawing eyes

Hey Cyprus, I've actually got a question. When using Krita, are you drawing these pictures using a stylus pen or are you doing it with a mouse and a mousepad?

some advice for yall! i would reccommend trying this while watching the video, and then close this video and try to do it from memory and what you think looks about right. doing it from memory and practicing a skill over and over will eventually develop a unique art style, or at least it did for me lol :) hope this helps
