It’s really great to see more GF as well as Vegetarian and Vegan options available, but particularly the GF due to the potential health issues. Thanks for highlighting the restaurants. I know some places don’t necessarily have dedicated “work stations” although they have GF food (discovered this in UK venues when asking how they prepare the food - just a tip for those new to the world of GF; potential cross contamination). Thanks again for a great vlog.

Well done for this very useful video although how you manage to walk around in 40 degree heat amazes me. So many people have allergies these days, mine is lactose and it's really difficult with things like bechamel sauce on moussaka, pasticcio etc - also ice cream and cheese. There are many lactose free groceries available now but it does make it difficult when eating out. x

Hi George and Sue, this was great. Could you do a gluten-free dining for Ayia Napa and Fig Tree Bay? That would be awesome!! I have to tell you, my husband and I were recently on vacation in Ireland, Scotland and London.....every morning I watched you on my kindle. We just got back, my wife is Coeliac so it's always a worry going away but we had no problems here. Molti was brilliant and the staff were great Petras is also GF. Sonja was also very good, Wan Chai not so good. A couple of restaurants used a number system so any item marked #2 had Gluten, as a Coeliac we also have to avoid Barley, but it's not used much in fresh food. Considering it's new, Nubila was very disapointing, pretty much just salad or steak.
