3:35 attack right no (foot lands but no hit till after he starts a subsequent lunge), counter attack left gets hit. Why was it called for right?

As i can see the referee wasn't too confident while Szilagyi was. The ref made some decisions "against" him and then tried to compensate. This is just my opinion but i am convinced that this was the problem.

reprise d' attack cavaliere stops

@iamswamp6971 I think I understand what you mean, however Caveliere lost the initial attack because he stops/hesitates giving Szilagy the initial attack which he then falls short, surely Caveliere doesn't then lose the counter attack because of the same hesitation/stop? The timing doesn't work for that, the stop is much earlier.

@@russwarhammergateway152 You got it right up until the claim Szilagyi falls short. I don't think the referee saw this as short, I think for the referee this is a phrase of arms where left is defender because he stopped his attack while right did not, and in this kind of phrase the correctness of the attack is judged less strictly

@@geringasG thanks for explaining, I'll look at it again from this angle. I'm not sure I get how it can be called that way though, but that's subjectivity
