I've watched a lot of these videos being a Dr Lee fan and that sack seemed really thick and huge. The skin on the top really seemed to be thinning out. Could you just imagine how wacky that would have been if that popped at home? Love your videos Dr Lee. I'm really enjoying watching you reshape and sculpt the noses of rhinophyma patient's.
