I am thankful for my amazing husband. We are going through our first round of IVF and the meds have made me so tired and queasy. While I was napping he went grocery shopping, made me lunch for my night shift, and made us a wonderful dinner. I'm spoiled and loved and oh so grateful

I am thankful for Gods timing. I just got engaged to my best friend 2 weeks ago today(MONDAY), and long story short, Gods timing was perfect as always. It's hard sometimes to trust that God is at work when you can't see the results, but sitting patiently in His presence is so rewarding! We are both 20 years old and so excited to be taking this next step in our relationship. Thanks Mary and Peter for sharing your story and faith with us all, it's so inspiring and we love it! xx

I'm thankful that my Dad did not have a heart attack today. We spent 24 hours at the emergency room. It was a new med causing all of this. I prayed a lot. As I pulled into the parking lot, after the ambulance. I got a reminder from my app for bible verses and guess what, it was Matthew 6 : 35-40. God is god. #thankful

I'm thankful for my animals!!!!! I have five cats (four are rescues!!!), two dogs (a lab and shih tzu!!!) and three hamsters (one's a rescue!!!) Life is so much more beautiful with them in my life!!! Thanks to you, a friend and I ate our way across town on my birthday! Never would have occurred to me that these freebies were available. First, I had breakfast at Marie Callendar's. It was BOGO Then we did what we do best..shopped and talked...while we walked off breakfast. Second, we headed over to Baskin Robbins for my free scoop. She had to pay for hers. :-( I tried the sugar free pineapple coconut. VERY good. Third, we strolled across the parking lot to Jersey Mike's Subs for my free sandwich and drink. I'd never been there, and it was REALLY yummy. And the guy behind the counter was awesome!! Definitely going back. Now please understand, I didn't EAT the sandwich right then and there. I had PLANNED this outing and brought along a cooler to stash our overflow/doggy bags. LOL Fourth, we slowly made our way to Black Angus for my free steak dinner. Another BOGO Dee-licious (said the cute way that Mary says it). AND THEN our waiter informed us that I was due a free birthday Pizookie (I forget the actual name that Black Angus calls it, but it's the same as BJ's). Oh.My.Goodness.Gracious!! We were already stuffed, but how to say no to a warm chocolate chip cookie and ice cream? I said yes, as long as you don't sing Happy Birthday. He agreed. It was huge and delicious and we did our best. Burp! So thanks again guys. I had a calorie filled b-day. :-)

Today, I am thankful for your videos. I am about to start an internship in the gastroenterology department of a pediatric hospital, where the head doctor researches CF. Your videos randomly came up on my recommended videos. They have allowed me to learn a lot more about CF, which will help me out a lot when I'm interning in July. #thankful I am thankful to my friends for being there for me when I needed them these last few weeks with my personal health problems. I am also thankful that I have found your vlog, I am 56 and when I was young I was in Acteens a church girls group. When I became Queen Regent I got to choose a girl to be my "lady in waiting" to carry my scepter in the coronation. I was friends with a young girl from vacation bible school that had CF and I chose her. I was so impressed with all that she had to go through on a daily basis that to this day 40 years later I still support CF and even in tough times it is the only charity I faithfully give to every year. Thank you for your work for the cause and bless you for all that you go through with such a great attitude and loving spirit as both as patient (Mary) and caregiver (Peter). Bless you both.
