The wall and the heavier SA pull comes from the fact the hammer/sear engagement has more positive camber than the CZ Custom parts. This is what moves the hammer rearward before it breaks. This is what most of us CZ Guys are trying to get away from with the stock parts. It also causes a lot of creep in the single action break. I guess it is whatever you get used to. Anyone coming from a Glock platform would love it.

Thanks Big J, great info. Thanks for the sneak peek. I have a CZ 75 compact D (PCR) and I absolutely, hate the trigger. Hope Apex comes out with something for that. I'm a big fan of Apex for my M&Ps. I like a well-defined wall with a sharp break (no more than 1 or 2mm over-travel). For me, a rolling break serves no purpose, unless it's a DA only.

My shadow 2 will remain stock. I know it can get better but it’s already the nicest trigger pull my Jimmy Dean sausage finger has ever experienced!!!!

I have never seen a CZ in Person .. but I get the same feeling between Glock & SIG or Glock & Kimber . I like to find the wall , but due to the Glock & DA/SA triggers I shoot both ways . In testing or practice , I like to shoot first DA then SA , then decock , do it again & again ... the point is to learn the DA well . I hear people talk about ( two pulls ) , you can't tell from my targets fast shooting .

Just did a test of 2 new +2 mags in my SIG M11-A1 3.9" , 18 rounds each , ONE double action only for 18 in a row , One set all single action only , free hand from 26 yards , slow fire , SA first , did good . The All DA only was shot next & faster because it felt easier than slow fire , the DA landed right on top of the SA , stock trigger , stock night sights . 5.5" wide , 7 ' tall , 2/3drs of 36 shots landed in fist size on the bull . The M11-A1 is a good gun . RE: Glock , I don't get any feeling of a wall , just pull through . @@BigJohnsonGG

The shadow 2 can be tuned down to 2lb . My single action I requested 2lbs 15oz will go down a little after shooting. I h a very about 2k rounds. Really sweet shooter. It isn't cheap but for me cajun gun works was worth the money and easily the nicest gun shop experience I've ever had.

Shadow 2 is sexier for sure. But I'm sticking with my SP-01 Shadow because I can switch back and forth between USPSA and IDPA without having to switch guns!

i own an Stock SP-01 Shadow. The trigger weight of the gun is too light for my personal taste and its wall breaks too early and uncalculated, what i mean with that is i can't really divine the Breaking Point of the Wall, which often leads to unwanted Trigger Pulls and bad shot Groups. Wich of that Kits you think would be more for me?

These both will make the trigger lighter. I would recommend to practice with the stock one more & learn it before you advance to either of these.

Man, I was waiting to catch this on the premiere, but right before it started the ups guy showed up with my new stock for my saiga and I completely got distracted installing it right away. Anyways, the difference between the two triggers kinda reminds me of the gp100 vs the 686. The gp100 has that clean pull that's harder to stage, but really slick.
