Funny hearing young people talk about getting suspended nowadays lol. My dad got suspended for 10 days for having his hair too long. This was decades ago and his hair wasn't long but at the time for boys it couldn't touch your ears so it didn't have to be long to be considered too long. Stupid for schools to want kids to be individuals while also wanting them to all dress the same.

Great look at the movie. Misery is one of my favorite thrillers and Stephen King adaptations. You touched on one thing that I've often wondered, and that was whether or not she spilled the glass of wine intentionally. I never noticed in the shot before that it would have been from her angle looking in through the keyhole. I would make sense too since she had the TV turned on and cranked up loud enough that she could have sneaked downstairs to look in on him with the TV covering any sounds.

That last point in the movie has always gotten me the most. I never saw the movie until I was an adult, with CPTSD. I have been in his spot, where it takes time to get your brain to see what is really there. For me, this is the "scariest" part of the movie. I can honestly relate to the hallucinations, it hits people on a real note. Love the video, as always!

I haven't checked your channel in a while and I'm glad cause I can enjoy my lunch with good entertainment. What I love the most in your videos is that you don't go superficial about the "things you missed", unlike many spam channels who just collect what other people have found and the obvious ones just to reach a minute count quote. You on the other hand have a reason to include each item on the list, input your own thoughts, specially if there's no certainty of why the item was placed in the movie. And as an audience we can tell you have watched multiple times the movie and maybe even read the novels, also, that you love horror. That makes these videos so much more than just background noise. I purposely like to watch them with popcorn or snacks cause it's just as entertaining as the movies themselves, so they help with the ambience.

"Misery" and "The Graduate" are both connected. "The Graduate" was produced by Embassy Pictures who would later give Rob Reiner his directorial debut with "This is Spinal Tap." Then Embassy would be divided into three parts, Nelson Entertainment the company that backed and financed "Misery" held the rights to Embassy's video library as it had acquired the company in 1986 and launched its own label on the ashes. Both the Embassy video library and the Castle Rock Entertainment library up until 1994 were casualties of the Crédit Lyonnais Bank Hollywood scandal. To make a long story short both libraries ended up being distributed by MGM beginning in January 1999.
